Staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Although l don’t have a disabled car parking badge, my mobility is rather limited. We were offered to park in the small car park directly behind the hotel. There is no extra charge for parking, even in the adjacent multi-storey car park. We were also given a ground floor room with a large walk in shower. There were plenty of towels and a bath robe supplied. There only downside to the room was the very poor level of lighting. It was not sufficient. Unable to just have bedside lights on (which were not really bright enough for reading) and the lights could only be controlled from one side of the huge bed or by the door. Breakfasts were very good, with a wide range of choices from the buffet. The hotel is opposite Cabot Circus shopping complex with a wide choice of shops and chain restaurants.

Well equipped large room , staff extremely friendly and helpful, free parking was a big bonus (although in a multi storey adjacent ) and only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was fantastic and the onsite bar / restaurant very reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Bristol

We had a really good stay. Parking next door is a real bonus in the city centre. Food was good and the staff are helpful. The building itself was constructed in the 1980's I suspect and as a result it does look a bit dated, but it was clean and tidy nevertheless. The only real complaint was that the USB phone charging sockets in room 202 don't work at all. Mentioned to the reception desk but it was not fixed, but they did recommend to plug into the back of the TV that did work, albeit very slowly.

The room we were allocated (twin room) was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was covered in stains, some very questionable looking. We actually had to go to Primark to buy some flip flops as there was no way we were walking on that carpet. After spending 2 minutes in the shower the water was nearly over the top of the shower tray, same when brushing teeth the water drained extremely slowly. The shower was filthy and covered in rust. After showering I got a ‘clean’ towel off the rack and it was covered in stains, big crusty ink like stains of green and black. There’s no way cleaning staff didn’t see the stains when placing them in the bathroom. I had no choice but to use it as there was no other towel I could use. Only perk was the free parking in the Cabot circus car park. Such a shame as this hotel was the first stop on my birthday trip. Either we were given a horrible room or they are all like this. I don’t think expecting a room to be clean it too much to ask, it’s not exactly cheap to stay. I will include photos.

The hotel was in a good position in the city centre with close access to Cabot Circus and fantastic to be issued with free car parking. We had paid more for a larger room, king-size bed and bath robes, slippers etc. The room was large but a bit tired. Stains on the floor, a ripped bed base and the shower head was clogged with scale so we cleaned this and the shower bracket seized but we couldn't fix this so unfortunately water sprayed against the wall but we managed. No robes or slippers in the room and no bottled water provided even though it was all listed. Popped to reception and robes were then bought to the room but no slippers and you now get water from a cold water fountain in the corridor so take a drinks bottle. Overall it was ok. We don't stay in hotels often so I'd really compared hotels in the area and I was a little disappointed but it is only a base. It is fantastic that you get 24hrs parking as most city centre hotels don't provide this.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean with towels regularly changed. The shower was great although I did have to ask for the plug to be cleaned as the shower tray was not emptying after we showered also the tray was very slippery I did ask for a bath mat but sadly nothing appeared

Excellent breakfast good choice and very friendly breakfast team. The team deserve a special mention. However on check in the room was not ready and we were kept waiting until another team member just moved us to a room that was ready (not sure why original member of staff didn’t do that) which would have avoided the unnecessary and frustrating wait after a long journey.

The room we booked was spot on until the water failed in the bathroom, there was no water at all after a hour going back and forth talking to reception and staff they said they had found another room two floors up and we could use it's bathroom and keep our room, after some more discussion we said we would move to that room as going back and forth for the bathroom was not practical. When we got to the room it was very poor dust everywhere TV remote taped together and a TV that kept freezing never did get it to work, just one chair to sit on and it looked like it had been thrown out by a charity shop, the bathroom was not suitable as we need a walk in shower, due to the delay in moving us and sorting out our problems it was now to late for us to go out and we still could not get washed, we cancelled our plans for the night. I went back to reception and asked if this was the best and only room available in the hotel and was told that's all we have got, I at this point lost the will to live, I just collected the key cards for the room and handed back the temporary one they had given me. In the morning the manger offered me a discount on another stay or a small refund, what a joke tha staff at night did not have a clue about what they should do or could do without a manager approval. I would never stay there again even if you paid me.

Reception lady could not raise even a tiny smile to welcome us. Lifts are incredibly slow to both arrive and get moving. Hermetically sealed room with no access to fresh air at all. Quite claustrophobic. Toilet paper tightly rationed! I had not realised there was no fridge in the room - entirely my fault - but it did make keeping medicines fresh problematic. A/C effective and plenty of hot water.

We always stay in the Future Inn when we visit Bristol. The main reasons for staying there are the proximity to Cabots Circus and the parking is paid for you by the hotel. We have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. This time we noticed little cut backs, such as no free bottle of water in the room, instead there is a carafe that you can fill yourself from the machine in the corridor. No big deal, just noticed it. And no biscuits on the tea tray. And no amenity kit in the bathroom. Outside of the hotel, going from reception to the car park has become awfully messy and dirty, mess made by the drunks or whoever is sleeping around there. It was shocking today. When you can book on a deal, or Sunday seems to be a good price, then the price of the room is worth it.
