If you like cheap hotels and enjoy windows that aren't soundproof, next to a busy road, beds that are saggy, bathrooms that are dirty, rooms that are in need of repair, and an approach that smells of urine. This is the hotel for you. If you don't like those things, try any other hotel ever. The selling point for the hotel is the parking, right next to Cabot Circus, but that is literally all it has going for it.

Used this hotel several times before, but not for a good few years. Happy to report it hasn't deteriorated since. Didn't use parking but saw at reception that they were still validating parking in Cabot Circus. Well located, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice staff.

La chambre était grande et spacieuse, bien équipée. L'hôtel dans son entièreté est très confortable, bien aménagée, propre. La chambre donnait sur un parking ouvert et il n'y avait aucune nuisance sonore. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Parking was included in price.and in secure parking next door to hotel

Great that parking is included and great central location. We had to leave at 4am and the very kind gentleman in reception walked my mother and I to the car park as we were a little nervous.

During a 5 night stay twice the cleaning team overlooked cleaning our room. Parking arrangement very good. Overall the cooked breakfast was not hot. The quantity of pre/cooked eggs was excessive for the speed that they were required, and looked unappealing. Perhaps the hotel could consider cooking the eggs to order

The location was good

Excellent location. Cabot circus literally across the road. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Room was average clean. Underside of bath handle was gross. Corners of room dusty and set of daughter's asthma when she was hiding there. Beds are very springy. Rooms very warm, air con limited. Shower tap was not working properly so water was very hot. Rooms quiet or a hotel next to a main road. Water dispensers on each floor which was good. Would not stay again. Slept badly and room not 4*.

Room was not particularly clean, dust in the corners of the bathroom and a used towel under one of the beds.

Hotel isn't old but looks very tired - bathrooms are dark and dingy, furniture in the rooms looks tatty. It might be clean but doesn't look it. Breakfast is plentiful but poorly cooked - and this isn't just for this stay, but regularly eggs are undercooked, bacon and sausages are undercooked. It's all just a bit poor! Wen i started staying here - 10ish years ago it was excellent. Those standards have slipped.

Always a good stay. Staff very friendly, food really tasty and great selection at the bar. Plenty of choices for breakfast and evening meals, for adults and children alike. Check in first around the back, then park in the multistorey at Cabot Circus. Easy! Price included in room cost. Hotel was busy (Easter hols) but quiet inside room. Air con quite noisy but not an issue. White noise... Traffic noise can take time to get used to if you're not from a city, but it drops off quite soon after 11pm, we found. Very happy to stay here and will do again. Central, accessible and felt well looked after.

Great location, free convenient parking, excellent breakfast, but our beds weren't good. My husband is heavier than me so I was sleeping on a slope.

The TV doesn’t have BBC Radio 4 or 6 Music on it, despite having 1, 2, 3 & 5 Live. The horror!

Check in staff were friendly. Room seemed dated but that’s fine for the price, however there were issues. White stains on the brown cushions, shower head couldn’t be adjusted so was firing horizontally, and it was very hot and didn’t reduce in temperature when you turned the dial down, even all the way down. Hair dryer was unable to do hot air, only very slow cold air, TV was too outdated for the apps to work. Bed was fairly comfortable for the price, but noting special and the AC did work (eventually, after saying it was set to centrally controlled.) Parking is covered in the neighbouring shopping centre car park. Didn’t try the breakfast as seemed a tad expensive (£16). Not bad for the price, but these things would prevent me from returning unfortunately.

Good room with nice extras like dressing gown and toiletries. Very helpful staff and free parking in the centre of town.

Close to the city Center and free parking is a bonus

The only thing that I feel could be improved wax the shower, it just needs updating.
