Loved the fact my partner and I had a double bed each in the same room. We need single beds but to find the room had 2 doubles giving us a fabulous sleep was a bonus. We were visiting friends so cannot comment on other aspects of the hotel as out for most of the time. Great position, walking to the Barbican was easy too.

I like this hotel but everytime I have been I have tried to get room service as I am normally tired from travelling. Nobody ever answers the phone, it is really annoying and lets the hotel down. Don’t offer a service you cannot provide

This hotel has over 800 rooms, over 8 floors. My Room has twin double beds in it. An impressively large work space and TV stand, this seems purpose built. Also All of the double sockets has usb port integration as well as the standard UK three pin plug. There are tea making facilities in the room, which is replenished everyday along with room service and cleaning. Leonardo's offer a buffet style breakfast this includes contenental and cooked English Breakfast. This is Eat as much as you like, and the price resinable. Leonardo Hotel is ideally located on the outskirts of the city centre, and is served by several regular bus services. ' The hotel, has its own restaurant and bar, that serves an all-you-can-eat Breakfast., Which consists of both continental and full English breakfast

I could not charge my phone as no usb ports & didnt bring plug as most hotels have updated ,also i found a floor with what looked like asylum seekers living there,off limits to anyone ,when i asked staff all went very quiet,these young men were all walking arond brand new clothes and were away from rest of hotel

Location: Excellent and walkable to most attractions Parking: Closeby, bit hard to find but a phone call to hotel made it easier to locate it. Rooms: clean and good ambience, justice to money paid Breakfast: Staff very efficient, lots of options, value for money for Breakfast Front desk: Good and coordial staff, helpful. Only improvement i would suggest is when booking breakfast, customer need to come down to pay at desk to avail discounted rate. If that can be either added to room charge to pay at checkout or a way to pay online, it will be helpful. Otherwise, our stay was excellent and whenever we will visit Plymouth in future, we will stay at this hotel. This site was much hetter than other Leonardo hitels we stayed in the UK so far.

I could not believe i couldnt charge my phone in a socket !;they need updating ,i always stay at this hotel sometimes 5/7 times a yr also i found myself on a conference floor which had (what looked like migrants or ppl living there at least ) they were not having a conference meeting,when i asked about this all staff went very quiet on the matter (id like to stay again but have to think about it)

Stayed here many times previously. Excellent stay again no issues. Little disappointed with the check in guy who stated I had been given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. This was not the case and it was a standard room. Why lie? I’m not a novice traveller. Quite frankly I could not be bothered to complain . Smoking area outside the bar was in a terrible state! It was dirty disgusting with lots of rubbish inc broken bottles and glasses. Ashtrays were brimful and hadn’t been emptied for ages. Chris and all his colleagues at breakfast were fantastic. Totally professional helpful and in good vibes.
