Yes Food was good, Breakfast was excellent.

Great basic hotel for an overnight stay whilst visiting the Barbican. Tempermental air conditioning. Would have been nice to have a couple bottles of water in the room. Staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Very easy check in and check out. Would stay again.

Okay, car park is horrific though

Parking facilities terrible and unsafe - no working lift, filthy, clearly not managed. A number of accessibility issues for guests with disabilities. Will not return.

A little too cool at times

Facilities great room clean airy bathroom immaculate. Plenty of room bar and breakfast bar clean. .....staff were friendly apart from guy on check in check out. Non verbal non informative but guy on breakfast and bar duty was fantastic and empathetic. Great location for amenities and further travel

Low floor rooms have unbearable traffic noise during the night. Moved to higher floor which was ok. Staff all very nice and helpful. Nice bar area

Great room and staff

Room was very big, lovely and clean, Ac worked well, didn't try the bar and restaurants but looked very nice. If i could get a room at a Leonardo Hotel for the price paid i would in them all the time!!

Great location

The hotel was as leonardo hotels always are; clean, comfortable and well located. The highlight in this hotel were the amazing staff, particularly at breakfast. All of them worked tirelessly to make the area clean and well stocked, Kieran worked with a smile, Billie was energetic, extremely welcoming and was so friendly whilst Chris was our son’s star magician! He was not only working hard, as the others were, but made out son feel super special - showing him magic tricks and checking on him. We had already said that we would gladly stay here again but now, we want to come sooner purely to see the wonderful people that work there! Thank you all for an amazing stay.

Large clean room & comfortable bed. Perfect position to get into centre. Friendly, helpful staff Unfortunately disturbed sleep due to loud motorbike driven past a number of time & some party revellers returning to rooms, not hotels fault but mainly due to position of room.

Rooms and bathrooms very dated Grass growing outside window Car parking experience very scary, homeless people, smell of weed and dead pigeons everywhere.

After a nice trip to the theatre and on return to the hotel to have a night cap only to find that the bar was closed and although bar staff were still in attendance the reception staff advised us that they wouldnt allow us to take a bottle of wine to our room and book it to our room.

The air conditioning was good, the room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great condition for a mini break. The staff were exceptionally cheerful, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

Room was very clean . Staff were welcoming and polite at reception. Slept really well with no issues . Will be returning on my next visit down to Plymouth .
