Great stay in clean property with helpful staff. Location isn't too bad as it's only a 10 minute drive into centre of Oxford. Parking bit of a pain as the car park gets very full. Hotel is huge so be prepared to walk a distance to get to your room, only a problem if you are disabled like me. Disabled bays an issue as only 3 available. wasn't impressed with breakfast, it was OK but nothing special. Good facilities and everything you need in your room. We were by the conferences for our stay and their is a funny musty smell in the rooms but this wasn't too strong.

Superior room was most inferior and had a dreadful outlook. No lift and many stair-cases to overcome. Smallest, cheapest bathroom we have ever had to use. Bathroom door flimsy and rusty with no lock and wobbly handle. Amenities were closed and no reduction to our bill was offered. Felt utterly miserable. Great breakfast cheered us up.

The bath had an 8 inch long section of rust on the rim and lime scale build up on the bottom part of the shower door. Other than that the rest was lovely. The pillows were very thin and felt like rolled up carpet, how I wish I had taken my feather pillow. The bed felt nice and comfy when sat on the side but both my wife and I had a poor night's sleep, she woke with back ache and I had a painful hip from being a side sleeper. On a positive the room was nice and clean. We ate at Leo's and we both had a nice meal. Would we return - no.

Sadly there was an issue with the room we booked, so we were given a twin room with disability features - it was fine, though could do with a bit more upkeep. The facilities weren't unuseable, but the height differences weren't the most comfortable for an able bodied person - it's maybe something the staff can consider when switching rooms.

A really convenient hotel for central Oxford (and Blenheim) as close to the park and ride. There's a bus stop directly outside the hotel that takes you right into the centre of the city for less than £3 - meaning you can avoid the congestion & clean air zone charges by leaving the car in the huge car park. Reception is lovely, as are the staff, lots of little extras...free fruit, free cold drinks & spritz for the grown ups - which on the hotest day of the year was very welcome! The bedroom was spacious & the air con actually worked & the room cooled within minutes, which as the temps reached 34° was a huge bonus & meant we slept soundly! Only criticism would be, whilst the bedroom looked relatively newly renovated, the bathroom was dire!!! The bath had repairs around the edge with sharp edges on the bath side, the door hinges were orange with rust and the bottom of the door had huge chunks of psint missiing... tbf the whole bathroom felt like it hadn't been updated since the early 80s & it was tiny! The bedroom was huge & could easily have given space up to a larger bathroom. We only stayed for one night so didnt raise the issue with the poorly repaired bathroom with reception, but when I stay here again (and I will stay here again!) I will insist that the room we are given have a much better/updated bathroom next time.
