Everything was just perfect!

Front desk Staff were very good and helpful Bed wasn’t the best for our backs. Location was great with quick and easy bus ride into town.

Room and hotel is very nice. And staff are friendly and very helpful and will out off they way too help you. Nothing is too much trouble

Lovely hotel ideally situated for our trip to Blenheim Palace. Spacious, comfortable room, great food for breakfast buffet and in the restaurant and the steakhouse, & friendly staff. Hope to stay here again.

Room was great!

Well i think the pool did blow my mind by how warm it was. I think having to pay for parking and breakfast was unexpected. The showerhead in the room needed descaling as the water didn’t come out much and the kids doughball starters in my opinion are far too big and too much bread for a child I would suggest 4 or 6 much smaller balls.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family of four, and it was an excellent choice. The facility has a genuine premium feel and truly deserves its four-star rating. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully, which made a real difference to our trip. While the swimming pool was on the smaller side, it was perfectly adequate and never felt crowded. The gym facility was excellent and well-equipped. The location is fantastic – close to the city center with great bus connections, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. We’re highly recommending this hotel. It strikes a wonderful balance between quality facilities and genuine hospitality. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We arrived early and were able to leave our bags - very helpful. We were staying with another family and were assured we would have rooms next to each other. When we returned, nope... After a LOT of toing`and frying (3 people at one computer at the front desk!), rooms were found (thank you). The rooms were fine - large and clean. But, a family room with one towel and one bottle of water seems very under-equipped! Parking listed at GBP6 was GBP8 (vendor change), swimming pool (part of the reason we booked this hotel) was closed. We were given courtesy drinks (thank you) but then had to negotiate with the barman what they could be used for. The hotel is fine, but the unifying factor was the staff's lack of warmth or engagement.

We had our Christmas party here last night. We could not fault anything, staff were fantastic, along with the food and DJ, nothing was a problem. Room was great and check in was busy, but liked the way somebody walked the queue to offer tea and coffee.

They tick all the boxes, i never give good reviews. Only thing i'd change is including parking into the stay as i dont want extra faff

A great breakfast and we enjoyed our evening meal in the bar.

Massive queue to check in, room was very hot and breakfast wasn't a great selection. Where were the hash browns???

Stood waiting 40 minutes to check in, got to desk and was told that their system had gone down earlier in the day and had only just recently started working again. Was then told because of this that they didn’t know who had booked and in all likelihood we wouldn’t get a room. At no point did any of the incompetent staff tell the people in the queue what was going on. Had to find another hotel to stay in, which on a Saturday evening we were extremely fortunate to find. In no way would we ever attempt to stop at this hotel again.

The whole experience was perfect. Lovely Christmas decorations. Fantastic breakfast selection. Room was lovely. Would return. Didn't get to use the pool as we didn't have enough time.
