1층 외부에서 너무 잘 보이는 곳에 방이 배치되어서 커텐을 칠 수 앖어 아쉬웠습니다.

가격대비 별루네요, 직원들도 불친절하고, 커피잔이나 전자포트에 먼지 그득, 무거운 짐 들고 계단을 오르락 내리락 알아서 다 해야하고..운 좋게 계단을 거치지 않는 방이면 모를까 같은 가격이면 다른곳을 찾아보겠습니다. 사람 신경 안쓰고 청결이 아주 나쁜건 아니니 차를 가지고 있어 비스트빌리지 쇼핑하려면 하루정도 숙박이 아주 나쁜건 아니지만 주차비도 따로 받기 시작했더라고요.

Spotless room. Good breakfast buffet.

Very clean on general terms. However, the stained carpet could be cleaned. Also, shower cubicles are more comfortable for clients, bathtubs are very passe. Shower device should be also upgraded. Thank you

Was ok. Our room wasn’t available for some reason and we got put in a disabled access room. Didn’t bother us too much but can see why it would bother others with the bathroom and toilet.

We enjoyed this as a family and booked it for the restaurant & facilities. The room was a family room large and well maintained. The pool was fantastic and the children had a great time. It’s a members club so expect to have to book a slot and be removed after 30 minutes on busy days. The time limitation wasn’t expected, along with the members priority over guests. But that’s for rules. You can’t book in longer just come back and hop you can get in. The reception is hit and miss, we must have had the wrong shifts of a grumpy, sharp direct lady who was dealing with car park complaints for charges for people attending courses. They weren’t happy and we were tarnished with the same contempt. The restaurant was affirmatively closed with a direct toy can eat from the bar menu. We went out taxi to the city was easy and our money welcomely accepted. We like to eat well as a family for 4 so that’s £700 thr hotel didn’t receive from us. Over all it’s an on the day hotel as the 4 star not 3 star was the rescue package of the second days FOH team and the first days leisure team. Bar team learn your drinks - a menu card look up for a GnT doesn’t swing it in a hotel of your “quality”. Do depending on what your going for, we had the added bonus of the builders outside our window on the Monday morning to make sure that we had left nice and early. Shame this could be a great hotel - like before at Jury’s Inn. Take this hotel for what it is a convenient stop off

Room was lovely, plenty of space and very clean. Breakfast had a good selection and all staff were very helpful and polite.

Staff were nice and hotel was good and clean. Breakfast was nice, and only 10mins drive to oxford center. Shower tray overflowed across the bathroom.

awesome property, awesome staff, awesome gym, awesome breakfast sadly pool was broken we can compensated with free parking :).

Other than one hair in the bathroom which belonged to none of us (family of 3), it was exactly what we needed - a clean room, great breakfast, super helpful and friendly staff. I take away one point for the parking charge. So annoying, it’s not in a location where anyone would walk with their backpack…

Disappointed that the pool and sauna were out of action. Reception seemed unaware of VIP access perks (e.g. free parking)
