Great location, clean, bar & breakfast area are really nice with a good choice of food for adults and children. Big shout out to the bar/restaurant staff who went above and beyond and created a lovely birthday desert for my Dad. We had a great weekend away, thank you Novotel.

Great location, a five minute walk to the train station and 5-10 minutes from shopping and dining in Leeds. Check in was great - our room was spotless and very comfortable. Maybe a few more milks for a morning/evening cuppa. Happy hour in the bar (actually 4 hours) was a nice touch. Can't fault anything and will be returning for sure.

Staff were great, room was clean but did not live up to superior room expectations. Requested a bath but the temperature of the bath water was luke warm at best and could not find any instructions to increase the temperature. We have used this hotel before and this is the reason we booked again and asked for a superior room but the room did not live up to spectations.

Excellent location and staff all very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was so simple and quick. Underground car park is ideal and was £18 for 24 hours. Hotel bar (Soap Factory) was very nice and the restaurant looked good. Rooms are nice and would most definitely stay again.

Staff on the desk were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although I wouldn't have liked to sleep on the sofa bed as it looked like it had better days. The bath was very deep and difficult to get in and out of and the shower door leaked

Really good quality hotel. Decor was modern and well maintained. The receptionist was lovely and efficient. The bed was very comfortable and Nespresso coffee was an excellent touch in the room. The location is great for access to the city and the railway station.
