部屋が広くておしゃれでした。

トイレを流すのに苦労しました。

とても綺麗でスタッフの対応も良かったです。駐車場が狭いが24時間30ポンドで私営駐車場より安かったので助かりました。

Rooms were quite good and neat.

From start to finish, everything was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the lady at reception was genuinely lovely and very helpful. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, within walking distance of most attractions and shopping centres. We would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful lovely staff from check in to cleaners and breakfast staff, all lovely Third time staying and will be back in new year, it is very convenient, for lots if reasons

Great location, clean, bar & breakfast area are really nice with a good choice of food for adults and children. Big shout out to the bar/restaurant staff who went above and beyond and created a lovely birthday desert for my Dad. We had a great weekend away, thank you Novotel.

Great location, a five minute walk to the train station and 5-10 minutes from shopping and dining in Leeds. Check in was great - our room was spotless and very comfortable. Maybe a few more milks for a morning/evening cuppa. Happy hour in the bar (actually 4 hours) was a nice touch. Can't fault anything and will be returning for sure.

Staff were all lovely and really helpful

Dated rooms with bathroom that smells of drains and toilet that smells of urine.

Staff were great, room was clean but did not live up to superior room expectations. Requested a bath but the temperature of the bath water was luke warm at best and could not find any instructions to increase the temperature. We have used this hotel before and this is the reason we booked again and asked for a superior room but the room did not live up to spectations.

Good: 10 mins. walk to Leeds Station. Check in fast. Room: spacious and neat. Wifi: OK average. Breakfast: various choices. Bad: the pressure of the shower is weak. cannot figure out how to turn on the top shower even tried many times, which the instruction is not clear enough. Bedsheet: some marks, which is not clean enough.

Excellent location and staff all very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was so simple and quick. Underground car park is ideal and was £18 for 24 hours. Hotel bar (Soap Factory) was very nice and the restaurant looked good. Rooms are nice and would most definitely stay again.

Staff on the desk were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although I wouldn't have liked to sleep on the sofa bed as it looked like it had better days. The bath was very deep and difficult to get in and out of and the shower door leaked

Convenient location, really well presented and very clean. Staff were really friendly although more bar staff needed during happy hour.

Parking underground was useful. Staff at check-in were friendly. Had a room on first floor that was spacious.
