Novotel Leeds Centre

Room was nice and comfortable, but listed as having a bath and only had a shower which was disappointing as it was part of the reason I picked this hotel

I stay here a few times a year and normally good. This time however there was mould in the bathroom and hair on the loo floor. Reported it when I went out for evening so could be cleaned - Sadly I got a fresh towel but not cleaned. The breakfast also was a bit disapointing with all the pastries and pancakes very dry. I would normally not write a bad review as hate keyboard warriers but as they have failed to sort on my visit or respond to an email am afraid that for £200/night I do expect better on the day and better customer care response

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room and solid breakfast. Walkable to trains and city center.

Too much furniture in the room

The hotel room space is big and very clean, breakfast was delicious and I must say the staff in the restaurant are very efficient.

We had a great stay at the hotel including the buffet breakfast which was wonderful. Only part that we thought stood out was WiFi which was a limited one, with no option to connect to the TV nor to cast from our mobile devices. Our kid had to make do with whatever TV channels were available."

Beautiful, large, clean and tidy room. Very comfortable bed. Tea/coffee/fridge. Great location, excellent value for money. We didn't eat here, but 10/10 for the hotel stay.

From the moment we arrived staff were friendly and helpful. Loved all the amenties ,breakfast was worth the money lots of choice and good quality bacon and sausage. Queen room was very spacious and the decor very relaxing beds were very comfortable and shower roomy and powerful. Close to restaraunts and shops would definately stop again

Location and staff were great

The car park had plenty of spaces when we arrived at about 12.15 on a saturday. It was easy to pay when we were leaving. Our room was ready and the reception team let us check in early which was really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd requested a travel cot in the room and really appreciated that this had been seen and the cot was ready before we arrived. We had breakfast the next morning - we went about 8am and it was quiet, it got more busy as we were leaving. The staff were constantly cleaning up and replenishing the food. Our 3rd stay here and we'll definitely be back next time we visit Leeds

Nice hotel with parking. quick & easy check in. Good sized, quiet room. Had iron & board which was good. My only issue was no bottled water or biscuits provided in the room, which I’ve found is standard in most hotels

Reception staff especially Shona and Manager Joanne, provided the best customer service ever, on both arrival and at departure.

The hotel overall was nice. The lady who checked me in was really friendly. Overall everything seemed clean except for the stains on the carpet in my room. I did notice the traffic outside but it didn’t keep me awake. The bed was comfy. There was a fridge available in the room and, if you needed it, an ironing board and a hairdryer.

Room is good but there is no bathtub, unfortunately !
