Great thank you lovely room. Reception said hotel policy was they couldn’t sterilise my baby’s bottles, which was a bit difficult to do. So not great with newborns/infants. As no microwave in the room or for use anywhere else. But overall good stay

From start to finish, everything was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the lady at reception was genuinely lovely and very helpful. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, within walking distance of most attractions and shopping centres. We would definitely stay here again.

Good: 10 mins. walk to Leeds Station. Check in fast. Room: spacious and neat. Wifi: OK average. Breakfast: various choices. Bad: the pressure of the shower is weak. cannot figure out how to turn on the top shower even tried many times, which the instruction is not clear enough. Bedsheet: some marks, which is not clean enough.

Great location, clean, bar & breakfast area are really nice with a good choice of food for adults and children. Big shout out to the bar/restaurant staff who went above and beyond and created a lovely birthday desert for my Dad. We had a great weekend away, thank you Novotel.

Great location, a five minute walk to the train station and 5-10 minutes from shopping and dining in Leeds. Check in was great - our room was spotless and very comfortable. Maybe a few more milks for a morning/evening cuppa. Happy hour in the bar (actually 4 hours) was a nice touch.
Can't fault anything and will be returning for sure.
