I stayed at Point A for 7 nights. I would definitely stay again. It was a 5 min walk to the tube station as well as a 20 min walk to Kensington Palace/Gardens. There were plusses and minuses (not enough to remove a star though). On the plus side - the bed was comfortable, the shower lovely and hot, the towels were very nice - bigger than hotel towels usually are! The rooms are pretty small, that is to be expected pretty much anywhere in London, but no issue for me. The hotel served breakfast for a fee, but I don't eat breakfast so did not partake. Cons: 1. a ramp leading up to the entrance would be nice for carrying luggage into the hotel or out (after those heavy London shopping days), and 2. Secure wifi. I had work to do online while I was visiting London, but there was no secure wifi. I think all hotels should offer this (& charge a bit extra if needed). I managed to use VPN once, but had issues using my VPN after that first time. 3. No tea kettle in the room. It would have been very nice to have before heading out for the day. I thought the hotel amenities included one, but I must have read wrong. All in all a very nice place to come back to, sleep, & get ready for more adventures.

Point A near Earl’s Court is my go to hotel for London. Perfect neighborhood location, close to all transportation options and great start for walking tours. Easy check in with friendly staff. Rooms are small but perfect for solo travelers. Modern and clean. Great optional breakfast in the lounge area that is very comfortable to hang out in if you need a bit more room.

Good stuff: breakfast, hot shower, cleanliness. Bad stuff; poor room layout for 2 people with only one bed having a bedside table and plug point!! terrible design. Had to continually cross the room to charge things / swap out plugs and unplug whatever my partner was charging. These little inconveniences make a big impact on your experience! There was also NO kettle or tea/coffee facilities and one pillow / one towels each which was impractical. Felt like I had to ask staff for stuff all weekend, thankfully they were obliging. Despite the good points I wouldn’t stay again

Everything was nice. We were out all day and only came back to sleep at night, and we had a good sleep for the three nights we stayed. There is nothing to complain about. Everything we needed was in the room. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I will definitely stay again in the future.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel was nicely located, close to major transport links. However, the room was a "disabled" room and not much furniture. There seem to be no extractor in the bathroom and damp was noted on the bathroom ceiling. It was noisy in the morning with possibly tables/chairs being dragged along the floor. Also, there is no kettle and tea/coffee amenities in the room.
