房間非常之細 沒有空間坐 空氣調節非常差 唯獨浴室清潔乾淨 交通都算方便

The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms, but the space can be bigger.

It was clean and tidy. With this price nothing to complain about. The only problem that I get is my room was in basement and every morning around 6 o'clock, there is a noise of drawer open and close or door. The noise continue till 8 something

Good location, easy transport. Room was clean, but sink was leaking as well as not properly draining. Quite the small room but I expected that for the price. Also loud banging noises in the morning which was unpleasant. Otherwise, it was an average stay and decent for the price.

It was really good for the price. A good location and clear which was important for me. The room was a bit small, and a bit tight for the two of us, but we mananged. People were nice

The location was incredibly convenient to walk to shopping and transit. The hotel was nice enough however the room was impossibly small. The room is the size of the bed, some luggage pieces can fit under the bed and there was an unused corner where my checked bag went (medium sized checked bag). The room needs some attention as there was water damage in the bathroom and damage to the wall by the window. Location truly is key if you're booking this hotel. Knowing the size will be small also helps so there are no surprises (we knew it would be small when we booked). Price was great considering the location. Overall good stay.

Comfortable clean and very convenient, easy walking distances, handy for tube. Quiet area not too busy at night. Great for solo travellers needing a quick stopover. Would use again. Can't comment on food or breakfast as I didn't have any but looked good.

The hotel is in good condition and very clean. I felt the lobby to be cozy and inviting. The room and bathroom were on the small side but clean, modern and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable ones among the 3 hotels we stayed in during our recent trip to Europe. The staff was friendly and kind. There are different options neaby to grab a bite and an inexpensive, small but well stocked supermarket. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was really small, no window and really warm… Had to pay to leave my case at the hotel while myself and my daughter went out in the City never done that before in years staying in hotels… woken up early by cleaners vacuuming and door was banged on a couple of occasions… overall stay poor and felt I had let down my daughter as this was a Birthday present.

Lovely staff, very good breakfast (enough options). Staying in London, even in Kensigton, entails to be in small hotel rooms, but it was ok for me and my husband. Location was good enough - we had buses and metro station close to us, so we could reach the center in 20 minutes easily. We loved saying at the Kensington venue :)

In general we had a good stay here and the h room was cozy. But some parts made you wonder of how well taken care of the rooms are. Three keywords that was plus, Cozy, quiet and AC. For negatives I'll elaborate, the bed was put on the far side of the leaving little space on one side of the bed. With the room being quite spacious the bed also felt small. With a room of that size the bed should be bigger and more in the centre of the room. The floor felt a bit sticky and came lose on some parts. There was a smell in the corridor from something that reminded me of glue. Bathroom was nice and newly renovated but we thought that the sinks (there were two) were a bit low.

The roof light window did not have a working blind and therefore we were woken by bright light early in the morning.

There was nothing unique about the hotel even thought it was newley renavated. Very and I mean very small space for each room. Can't hang your suit or a towel in thisroom.. no water ,no tea or coffee. no room cleaning only after three days of stay ( use the same towels for three days), and the best of all No phone in the room. So if anything happens to you in the room you willl be on your own. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL.. I WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN, I WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.

The hotel was nice and in a good area. The hotel staff were so nice! I do think the sheets could have been cleaner. But overall a good stay.
