There was no electric kettle provided inside the room. No hot water for drink. What a disappointment without such basic amenity. Beside the room size is really small. Although in London we cannot expect more but it is really small

small rooms but super clean and quiet. No window but had a skylight and that was enough. Really impressed with the cleanliness so the other stuff seems minor.

駅から近く大通り沿いなのでわかりやすい。比較的新しいホテルのため、冷房があり、熱波で異常な暑さだったから助かりました。大抵の場合は設置されている電気ポットがありませんが、フロントに言えばお湯はもらえました。

The biggest issue with this hotel was the size of the rooms. They were extremely small, with virtually no space to open luggage. The only way to access our belongings was to place the suitcase on the bed. Once the luggage was on the floor, there was barely enough room to move around the room. The bathrooms were equally cramped. The space around the toilet was so tight that I had to sit at an angle to avoid my knees hitting the wall. The location is the hotel's strongest feature. It is very close to Kensington Olympia and Olympia stations, within walking distance of High Street Kensington, and surrounded by many restaurants and food options. Breakfast was basic and consisted mainly of pastries, boiled eggs, cereal, tea, and coffee. It was adequate but nothing special. I would not stay here again. If you are claustrophobic or prefer a reasonable amount of space in your hotel room, this property is probably not for you. A friend who stayed at the same hotel was assigned a basement room that had only a skylight in the ceiling as its source of natural light.

It’s an okay property, just feel like the money we paid could have gone much farther. The room was very small for two people, outlets were only available on one side of the bed, and the bathroom and shower had barely any room for a single adult to maneuver. In mid-June, the air conditioning was average, but the duvet was still too thick (dear UK friends: please stop calling these “summer duvets”). If you don’t plan to spend much time in your room, and aren’t traveling on business, and don’t plan to travel in the summer, you’ll be fine, but I suspect other hotels will offer more space in the room and amenities for what you pay for here.

Good place for the value and close to public transportation.

Fantastic location- literally 5-6min walk to Earl’s court tube station! Very clean and very quiet room and hallway, well insulated for noise. Highly recommend. Although the room was very small, everything was designed ergonomically and with a lot of thought!. Will stay again!!

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very helpful. However, the rooms are really small, not comfortable for two people or for a long stay.

Perfectly clean room . Lighening is amazing and customizable !

A prison cell would be more spacious I would not recommend for anyone with a larger build only got for hobbits and dwarfs. No iron in room or fridge as there is no space in the room for these essentials only a large bed.
