Tudo muito bom, café, staff, localização, limpeza. A única queixa é sobre o tamanho da cama que é menor que o habitual.

Nice place to stay generally, would not recommend if you are a wheelchair or mobility aid user. Some staff didn’t know how to use the lift at all.

Dreadful check in experience. The woman on reception asked for my ID even though this is not normally the case. She then went through the whole check in process. She then made me do it on the self checkout - what is the point of a staff member/self-checkout if you're duplicating tasks?! She then rambled on about breakfast - including the weekend times even though it was Thursday and it was clear that I just wanted to get to my room. I usually like Point A because the check in is quick. The man who checked me in this week was great. Friendly and quick. They're usually quick at King's Cross as well.

Rooms are small, but clean and quiet.Great location within walking distance of the underground.

There was no electric kettle provided inside the room. No hot water for drink. What a disappointment without such basic amenity. Beside the room size is really small. Although in London we cannot expect more but it is really small

Over the past six decades I have stayed at scores of former Georgian townhouses near London train stations that have been turned into hotels. This is the FIRST one that I've stayed at that has been completely remodeled and modernized! While the rooms are still small, they are beautifully designed, and the large lobby area is a great place to work (rather than your room where there is no real desk). For a few pounds more, I would opt for a room with a window. For the money, however, I would pass on the breakfast as their are many options in the area: two tube stops are nearby: Earl's Court and South Kensington. The staff is young and enthusiastic.

Petit dejeuner moyen... pas de chaud, c'est dommage en Angleterre. Chambre petite mais agréable. Hotel très bien situé dans Londres.

Ideal location for our stay in London, very affordable, a nice breakfast, very welcoming atmosphere, small room , but that was our choice and it turned out to be rather cozy 👍, our 2nd time here, we’ll be back, thanks 🙏

I would stay there again! It was wonderful and clean. Great experience over all!!! The Manager and staff ware great we had a small issue and they helped us resolve it immediately. they were so welcoming and kind always greeting with a smile and always asking if we needed anything.

Exactly what we needed. Close to station and to lost of cafes/restaurants.

This property was very clean and safe with modern rooms that make the most use of the space. Not the most spacious, but it didn't bother me because of how nice the rooms were. I was very impressed and the only reason why I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because it was kind of a far from a train station, other than that it was perfect for my short stay.

The hotel was in a great location. Staff very friendly and check in was very quick and straight forward. We had a cosy double room which was ideal for 2 nights but would perhaps be too small for much longer than that. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and excellent value. My only negative, is that there is no tea making facilities in the room. I will definitely return. Thank you

Excellent hotel in a great location and a big thank you to the young gentleman on reception who enabled a slightly early check in due to an engagement that I had in the area. Would definitely stay in the hotel again.

Very disappointing. Check in was quick and room was ready upon arrival however the staff seemed very annoyed with being there. The room is… TINY. Not comfortable for more than 1 person. No where to store luggage, no where to unpack, no where to honestly just walk around without hitting the bed or a wall. The bathroom is even smaller. The way the wall is shaped you are hitting the wall with your knee anytime you need to use the restroom. Two things are what really solidifies my rating. 1.) There are signs stating a full service clean will be provided after the 3rd day. In my opinion a “full service cleaning” would, at the bare minimum” include clean bedding, new and neat towels, a wipe down of all surfaces including the bathroom, emptying of trash cans, and atleast a sweep of the room. However the only thing on that list that was done was new towels, and they were just thrown on the bed that I made before leaving. 2.) the second thing… and truly the most concerning. I left for two days and upon my arrival back to my room at midnight my room door was completely open… like not unlocked.. OPEN. I went straight to the front desk and the night crew employee had no cafe in the world to address said issue. I said I needed to speak with a manager immediately and of course one was not on duty. I said I needed one to call me the following day. This incident happened 4 days ago and what would you know… a manger has still not contacted me. HORRIBLE. Do NOT stay here!!!

Perfect location- grocery store 5min walk away - train station is a 10min walk. Lots of restaurants choices. Staff were awesome and friendly
