It’s a beautiful hotel. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. It’s a perfect location for Windsor town centre and for going across the river to Eton. The Brasserie served a lovely breakfast and you can have a riverside view too. The staff were very helpful and did everything you’d want them to. Will definitely stay again.

Couldn’t fault the hotel. Although parking few minutes away this wasn’t really a problem. Very enjoyable stay - clean & comfortable with great staff & breakfast. Would definitely recommend & use again.

The hotel has rooms over three locations, all of which are in close proximity but not something we were aware of.
That said, the standard was good, and the bar area / brasserie was clean, fresh, friendly and great views overlooking the river.

Bit of a treck to get to up down up stairs etc

Could not be faulted, lovely from the moment we arrived. Hotel staff all very attentive and clearly happy to be there!

Welcoming, helpful team. Room was nice and clean with a very comfy bed. Probably one of the best caesar salads ive ever eaten. Have stayed before and would stay again. Only minor downside is the parking, but its not far at all.

The hotel is lovely, unfortunately we was woken by a loud alarm around 7am from the air conditioning/heating unit in our room. We called reception who didn’t seem surprised by this so not sure if it happens regularly but they couldn’t shut it off and maintenance wasn’t in yet. We got ready for breakfast early because of this but it was going off for well over an hour so ruined our relaxing break away without the kids. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the staff were brilliant as was the food.

Two night stay with a truly excellent location with views over the river from the brasserie. Rooms were very comfortable though we did find the pillows a little to thick and the route to the room (21) on the top floor is not for the unfit as no lift. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice.

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel and we have never been disappointed.
The hotel is in a great location and easily reached. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is very good and the dining area looks out over the river so providing nice views.
We would always recommend this hotel and it provides all your needs.

First and foremost, the location cannot be beat. It is so central to everything you need and beautifully situated on the water. The staff at the front desk during the day were all so helpful and kind, really made you feel like you were at home. My wife and I enjoyed the decor of the rooms, a little different than your typical hotel, but more character for sure. Very comfortable beds as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
