風景優美，房間整潔。但早餐質素欠佳，房間安排在地下，要走步樓梯。停車場也不在酒店旁，門口不能泊車。

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety. Great location. Close to Windsor castle and pedestrian streets and shops. Walking distance to train station. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very well located and close to the river. Ideal for exploring Windsor. The hotel itself offers great rooms with good amenities, a very good buffet breakfast. Very nice staff

No elevator. Difficult to get to room

I had the most comfortable hotel room I have ever stayed in. In the morning, after a good sleep, I walked along the river and watched the swans.

Besökte detta hotell för andra gången och tycker fortfarande att det är fantastiskt! Stora, fräscha rum där alla detaljer sitter. Skön säng, bra mörkläggning och välfungerande ventilation. Otroligt trevlig personal, bra läge och fräsch och god frukost. Om jag kommer tillbaka till Windsor igen är detta mitt förstahandsval.

Lovely bathroom, clean room, no view sadly but on the flip side very quiet

We enjoyed our stay. It is an older hotel. Lots of narrow stairs to traverse up and down as you make your way back to your room. The bed was large and comfortable. There was no airflow in the room except from opening the windows. We were able to check in three hours early but had to pay 50 pounds.

Great room. Only thing missing was facilities to make a hot drink otherwise 5 star.

We were staying after going to rugby at twickenham, so didn’t check in till the evening. Not very warm and welcoming on arrival, Room was clean however kettle had mould which we had to request to be swapped, water leaked through shower screen so floor was soaking wet, basin drain has partial blockage very slow to drain. Aircon controls requested key card in slot by door, no slot by door. All of the above we likely would have probably not cared about previously excluding kettle but as the room is adjacent to a street and few doors down from a kebab shop which we didn’t know until moments before checking in that evening at 8/8.30pm. It was really noisy, cars parked outside playing really loud music so much that someone else shouted out to them to turn it down but using a few selective profanities! Loud customers walking right outside the front of the room. Even with closed windows it was really loud. Just had awful nights sleep as a result. Would advise that anyone staying requests a room not at the front of the building Good selection at breakfast though.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Room immaculate and very comfy bed. Great location although the car park is a bit of a walk with luggage etc. Bar prices a bit steep even for Windsor!
