The hotel is beautiful and in such a lovely neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff, however, made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond for us during our stay. Venky was very welcoming, courteous, and made sure to greet us with a smile each time he saw us. We fell in love with London and are already planning our next trip. Without a doubt, we will be staying at Queen’s Gate Hotel again. Thank you for everything!

The Queens gate is in a beautiful area in Kensington. You were made to feel welcome from the moment they greet you at the door and help you with your bags. No matter your concerns or questions, they are there to help you with everything. My daughter and I stayed for four nights and it was one of our favorite hotels. I would highly recommend the Queens gate.

My only challenge was one receptionist when we 1st arrived as I felt her unwelcoming. Then upon checking out I encountered the same person…who stressed me out. Thankfully, a lovely French speaking lady Cecile, rescued me & we finished our transaction within the privacy of switching to speaking French. I am a bilingual Canadian. 🙏

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The concierge guys were excellent; very welcoming, and customer minded without being over the top or too pushy. As we were staying just the 1 night I booked the smallest room, which was very small, but it had everything we needed, and the main thing was the bed, and the pillows, were comfy, and the a/c worked perfectly and I was able to dial in a good temperature for sleeping. The hotel was literally a 5 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall, and after our concert we had drinks in the hotel bar, which was pleasantly busy with other guests. We are returning to London in March and we will definitely stay here again, although in a larger room this time!

An excellent hotel offering quiet comfort and luxury in Kensington. The room I shared with my daughter was very nicely furnished and had all we needed for an overnight stay including a beautiful bathroom with twin sinks and a great shower.
