The hotel staff were excellent — very friendly and attentive. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout my stay.

ケンジントンエリアの多くの美術館　博物館、コンサートホールなどが目と鼻の先、便利で安全な通りにあります。サウス・ケンジントン駅からも徒歩圏内。繁華街の喧騒から離れて過ごす目的ならオススメです。

場所も良くコスパ最高でした。

The room had two twin beds pushed together. The beds were very uncomfortable. My husband and daughter kept falling in the gap in the middle and barely got any sleep.

My room size was excellent. But my bed was very uncomfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Personale gentile , pulizia buona . Camera piccola , con vista limitata, bagno nuovo , piccolo . La camera era silenziosa , ma non c’era molta gente in hotel . Colazione buona , caffè buono , il resto nello standard. Posizione ottima .

The Queens gate is in a beautiful area in Kensington. You were made to feel welcome from the moment they greet you at the door and help you with your bags. No matter your concerns or questions, they are there to help you with everything. My daughter and I stayed for four nights and it was one of our favorite hotels. I would highly recommend the Queens gate.

Modern and contemporary room. But the rooms on the 5th floor get very hot.

Great location for what we needed but the staff sadly were not a happy team

For the price, the room was just a standard, difficult to get to.

My only challenge was one receptionist when we 1st arrived as I felt her unwelcoming. Then upon checking out I encountered the same person…who stressed me out. Thankfully, a lovely French speaking lady Cecile, rescued me & we finished our transaction within the privacy of switching to speaking French. I am a bilingual Canadian. 🙏

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The concierge guys were excellent; very welcoming, and customer minded without being over the top or too pushy. As we were staying just the 1 night I booked the smallest room, which was very small, but it had everything we needed, and the main thing was the bed, and the pillows, were comfy, and the a/c worked perfectly and I was able to dial in a good temperature for sleeping. The hotel was literally a 5 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall, and after our concert we had drinks in the hotel bar, which was pleasantly busy with other guests. We are returning to London in March and we will definitely stay here again, although in a larger room this time!

An excellent hotel offering quiet comfort and luxury in Kensington. The room I shared with my daughter was very nicely furnished and had all we needed for an overnight stay including a beautiful bathroom with twin sinks and a great shower.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything we needed. Lovely staff, beautifully decorated lobby for xmas. Comfy beds and the best rain shower!
