The hotel is in a very convenient location, with multiple museums and two parks within walking distance. The rooms are simple and elegant, and the staff are generally friendly.

三人房間空間滿大的，尤其是2樓眺高樓層感覺非常舒服，床也很好睡，還不錯的選擇，附近又有美食很不錯的環境。

Phenomenal with everything

I had a lovely light room, quality decor and linens, very comfortable and quiet . Was only there 1 night for business and didn’t have breakfast or use the fitness suite, but based on the quality of the room I would book again.

I hope they stay at this standard. We liked every thing.

The property is very nice and in a beautiful neighborhood. We did have problems with the concierge.. He gave us misinformation about where to find the nearest subway entrance, what was included in tickets we purchased from him, and how to access the local buses. This could be because he’s new, but we stopped asking him and went with people on the street instead. Also housekeeping was very irregular. Eventually we were able to get them scheduled correctly. The bartenders in the bistro were very nice and helpful getting us ice and pointing us in the right direction when we went out. Our room was very large and comfortable.

We had the 3 twin bed room, or triplet room! It worked out great! Staff were lovely. Everything was great. An easy walk to Glouster Rd underground!

Excellent hotel in a lovely part of London. Would recommend this hotel for any type of stay.

Great location and friendly staff.

We had a very good experience at the Queens Gate Hotel and would have given it a 5 star rating except for two things which may not be an issue for many others. No 1 getting a regular flow of ice was a novelty for the property and they were not set up for it. Perhaps it’s an “American” thing that we like having drinks in our room and therefore lots of ice. They seemed to have not really heard of that before, so about the best we could do was get a beer mug full of ice. There was no ice machine nor any ice bucket so we had to constantly go the the bar downstairs. Secondly the location was less than ideal for the things we wanted to see. Mind you it was safe and nice, and there were retailers and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk area, but nothing right at the hotel other than the hotel bar and breakfast restaurant. We spent a lot of time walking in the heat. Also in going to Wimbledon, Tower of London, Westminster Abbey St Paul’s Cathedral, West End theater district etc, it was always at least a 30 min taxi ride and often much longer. Granted we never used the subway and our experience may have been different had we done that. All in all a very good property with wonderful air conditioning in a very hot July in London, the rooms were comfortable and included a king size bed which is orettt much a must for us.

Location great for Royal Albert Hall. Good breakfast. Bar prices a bit on the high side

It’s a beautiful hotel! The staff was amazing and very courteous and helpful. It’s within a short walk to the tube and close attractions. I would strongly recommend!

Rooms are very clean, well laid out and staff is professional. Gym isn’t great but who goes to London to work out? Location is also excellent. I travel to London regularly and this will be my new go to hotel.

Our room was beautiful and peaceful, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good consistently. The staff in front of house and bar were friendly, warm and welcoming. Sam is a gem and was very attentive and kind. Being treated well goes along way, and we will definitely come back. Our only concern was the Pannini we had for room service. Way too much pesto. Thanks so much.
