Isolated area, no parking facilities. Staff very dry in their behavior

quite a long walk from the centre. tram stop directly outside was a great bonus. breakfast was amazing & loved the cast option from our phones to the tv to watch anything we wanted. pool was a lot colder than we expected, thought it was heated :( great amenity that i wish robes & slippers were included for

The staff were great. The breakfast was fantastic with so many glutenfree options. The room had a nice view of the harbour. Did not get an opportunity to use the gym and pool. The views from the 16th floor were great.

A first world problem, but the TV didn’t work for our whole stay!

Great location to access Helsinki city centre. Well connected by tram to centre but only a short walk away. Loved the rooftop sauna and pool! The breakfast had a huge selection of food to fill you with energy for your day touristing! The room was a nice size with very comfortable beds and remained at a decent temperature...not too warm or cold.

My third stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this time I was given a very grubby room, the floors were dirty and worn and the room door and bathroom door had large dents on them like someone had hacked on to them with a tool?? And it has been badly repaired with some kind of paste. I am not sure if these rooms are inspected regularly as it would be a quick job to change the doors. I find it odd at a 4 star hotel there isn’t even a spoon in the room or any standard tea. The breakfast is consistently good and food items are high quality and fresh. There was little wardrobe space to hang the clothes. If you want comfort and space you must book an upgrade not the standard room. The level of cleanliness has unfortunately gone down from last visit, and the corridor carpets in floor 8 at least had stains on them. This hotel is worth it if you book the more expensive rooms and take full advantage of the sauna and breakfast facilities. Very easy reach to town centre, less than 10 mins on the tram from just outside the hotel.

It’s a unique hotel as the elevator is see through. Good amenities like the skyroom, pool, gym,sauna all are at the 16th floor.

I travel with 2 Ados, but was offered a two bed room setting only, I needed to pay for an extra bed. I didn't check the room setting while booking, but I was expecting to have room reservation based on number of travelers. The breakfast was good, but it's the same for each day without any variation.

Here’s a Great location for catching the ferry to Tallinn. The hotel is quiet, spotless, and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a great variety. While there’s not much to do in the immediate area, the staff were very helpful and professional. The Sky Bar and pool were definite highlights, adding a nice touch to the stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The property is clean and nice.

It’s a really nice hotel with good amenities. The sauna was great and the breakfast was wonderful. The only thing that disappointed me was no furniture like a dresser in the room to clothes in during our stay. That was true at another hotel in Copenhagen so maybe it’s a Nordic thing.

Had a wonderful weekend. Made all the better by the accommodation and facilities. Rooftop pool and the Sky bar were a joy!

Perfect place to visit the marina area and for us a two night stay for a day trip to Tallin on the ferry/cruise. An easy walk. It was quiet. A fantastic breakfast, and even a sweet note from the lady who serviced our room 1036 - thank you for that ;D. We parked our car at a near by garage and that worked out well too.

My second visit here & would use it again. All the staff, especially the lady who checked me in were again very professional & friendly. The buffet breakfast offers a very good selection. The rooms, though not the biggest are perfectly adequate & very clean. Super comfortable beds & love the big pillows.
