Clarion Hotel Helsinki

What a hotel experience! Beautiful views of the city, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. It is also near a tram stop, making it accessible to explore Helsinki. I highly recommend.

Everything was great! The only two downsides were the elevators and the room temperature. It was a crowded weekend due to a music festival so sometimes waiting for the elevator, took about 10-12 minutes and then the elevators would stop at half the floors due to the wait. The other issue was the room temperature. It seemed to be locked and you couldn’t really control it, so the rooms would get pretty warm, especially at night, and this was not great because the windows don’t open. The great parts were the amazing views, the very nice and helpful staff, and the massive breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend staying here, but if there is a festival, plan to give yourself 10-15 minutes to get from your room to the lobby or to the roofdeck. And plan to sleep with minimal or no clothes at night.

We cannot recommend the clarion Helsinki enough for the wonderful stay we had for or honeymoon. Upon check in, Heidi welcomed us very warmly and went above and beyond to make our stay there more special. The location was brilliant and it was so easy to hop on a tram to reach the city centre. The rooftop bar , pool and sauna were incredible , very neat and tidy. Plenty to see and the food was excellent.

Breakfast and staffs

I am writing to share how much we enjoyed our recent stay at your hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the city sunset view was beautiful. We also appreciated the morning and evening hours of the sauna, which allowed us to enjoy a quick session before leaving the hotel. Additionally, having the swimming pool right next to the sauna provided a wonderful space to lounge together. Thank you for a great experience.

The hotel is celebrating 10th anniversary - still looking modern, fresh and upscale, the same vibe I remember staying there 10 years ago and every time since. My go-to choice when in Helsinki.

Location is brilliant, the sauna and rooftop pool amenities are an experience not to miss. The breakfast is top notch with so overwhelmingly many options. Highly recommend staying here (writing as a tourist who used to live in the city years ago)

Clean room attentive staff view quiet. Transportation convenient.

Loved the treadmill with amazing view. I was not a fan of the shower tub and the small bathroom.

Staff were great, hotel was spotless, facilities pool and sauna were a real treat, location to the city is good, if you get the opportunity upgrade to a room with a corner view, I haven’t stayed in a hotel as good as this in a long time.

Impressive building with stunning views from every window. Loved the pool and gym facilities. Room was well proportioned and I can't fault the daily room service. Great location for the ferry and it's a swift tram ride back to the centre. Highly recommend
