Excellent hotel! Only downside was as we paid ALOT extra for the penthouse with private access to the rooftop bar and it was closed due to weather our entire day so we wasted quite a bit of money. Didn't realize that it was only open if the weather was good. ALSO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WHAT YOU GET WITH YOUR BOOKING AS WE WERE ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE UPGRADE AND WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED. THE BEST ROOM, WOULD'VE BOOKED ONE LOWER. You also get 20% off of food beverage, but you have to ask. I would definitely stay there again!!

Stayed here for the Paris Marathon. Excellent location and walkable to the Arc de Triumph, bag drop and start line. Lovely staff and the room was great.

Our family of three stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. The hotel staff were very friendly and the self-serve breakfast was one of the best we have had. Our room was incredibly generous in size with loads of space and storage. Both the king sized bed and pull out couch were super comfortable. There was a separate bath tub and shower. Pressure was good. The toilet was separate from the bathroom. Special surprise - our room had a private door to the rooftop on floor 5. Highly recommend.

Breakfast: More variety, especially of fruit, needed. Also more freshness of cakes. Steps: To reach the elevators there are three steps...not the easiest to navigate with luggage!! Bar opening hours: On 2 nights the bar closed earlier than the advertised time. Room service/Kitchen: Ordered room service, order accepted, an hour later it had not arrived. Contacted reception and was put through to the kitchen, told the kitchen was closed and my order had been cancelled. If the kitchen was closed I should not have been able to place an order which was accepted. If my order had been cancelled I should have been informed. However, the issue was ultimately resolved by a very pleasant and helpful member of the reception staff. Location: Excellent, close to Arc de Triumph/ Champs Elysee/ Metro to Roland Garros. Room: Spacious as European hotels go.Rain shower head AND removable shower head in bathroom. Water provided daily(and more provided when requested). Nespresso machine available. Staff: All very pleasant and helpful.

Not friendly staff at the moment of checking in. We were a group of 10 people, so I suppose they don’t like big groups. We don’t get any help with our luggage either. Walls are very thin…also, need to update the elevators, or at least make them more responsive.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I love the overall vibe of the hotel! Not too big not too small. Just right. Room was spacious and loved my view of the Eiffel tower. Especially at night as it's lit up! Now some may disagree with me on this, but `i love that sites were walkable. Paris is a walking city. So I walked a lot. (People may not agree on the proximity to attractions.) Overall I loved my stay and will definitely return. Cons: Quite small elevators. You're likely to wait your turn if you are not familiar with the person getting on...lol If youre a couple, with luggage. Chances are you'll be meeting at your room..lol
