Loved this hotel. Would absolutely stay again. It was pretty quiet which great after busy days. The vibe was really cool, beds super comfy and showers lovely and powerful. No complaints, just compliments.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I love the overall vibe of the hotel! Not too big not too small. Just right. Room was spacious and loved my view of the Eiffel tower. Especially at night as it's lit up! Now some may disagree with me on this, but `i love that sites were walkable. Paris is a walking city. So I walked a lot. (People may not agree on the proximity to attractions.)
Overall I loved my stay and will definitely return.
Cons: Quite small elevators. You're likely to wait your turn if you are not familiar with the person getting on...lol If youre a couple, with luggage. Chances are you'll be meeting at your room..lol

The location of the hotel is great, close to all services, as well as the reception staff are very cooperative, but unfortunately there is no view at least at all for the rooms that have been booked and despite the recommendation through Expedia

Hotel is very comfortable and modern in an upscale neighborhood. We came here for 2 nights for the Paris marathon and it was the perfect location as it’s a 10 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel receptionists could have shown a bit more enthusiasm though. I didn’t realize there a bar, rooftop or a gym facility until I checked out.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They had a WhatsApp number which made it easier to contact them with any questions or issues. The usb ports in our room were not working but someone came the next morning to repair. Bathroom window seals were rusty and the lighting could have been better but apart from that was a nice modern spacious bathroom. Bedroom was a good size with and balcony and high ceilings. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend for a short city break. Good location with a short walk to arc de triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

Although i was very against a room with a queen bed and a pullout sofa, oppose to a twin bed, the room was perfect. The rep at the front desk was also great. Will definitely go back to Pley Hotel

We had an amazing stay at the PLEY Hotel. Check in was easy and very friendly, the room itself was a great size with a huge window, amazing for Paris! They had also noted my friends birthday which was very thoughtful.

Dette hotel kan varmt anbefales. Det er 4.gang vi bor her. Det er nemt at komme til de forskellige seværdigheder og restauranter, supermarkeder mm er lige i nærheden. Hotellet er så hyggeligt indrettet og der er det sødeste personale.
Værelserne er lækre og har alt det man skal bruge. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

Todos os funcionários educados e prestativos.
Tentavam ao maximo entender o que eu queria dizer em português.
Só tenho dois pontos negativos: internet bem ruim e horário do restaurante ( fecha cedo).
