My wife and I had an excellent experience. The view of the beautiful scenery of Köln from our room was spectacular. The staff spoke English very well and were able to accommodate us. The room has plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

I didn’t do my research on the hotel, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the main train station. Food, bars and the shopping district were all a short 5-10 walk away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And best of all was to room with a view of the cathedral, it was so beautiful. The hotel had everything I needed!

Staff on check in were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and well presented, had an amazing view of the cathedral. Hotel was in a perfect area, with the cathedral, Köln HBF, river Rhine and shopping area all within walking distance, very enjoyable stay.

Very nice hotel, parking difficult to locate so just ended up in a nearby parking lot. (Only cost an extra 4 euros per night. Always get disappointed when an unknown tax is added when you check in.

We reserved a room with the view and definitely got just that. The cathedral looked so beautiful from our window at night all lite up. Property was beautiful clean and friendly staff. Would stay there again

The location for this property is great if you're there for the Cathedral or arriving by train. It's a very quick walk to both. The hotel itself is neat and tidy, but my room was quite small, with a single bed, a weird pillow, and a comforter/duvet, but no extra sheet. The bathroom was also quite small. Definitely not like the one shown in the picture on the website, but everything was clean. The elevator didn't work, so I'm glad I only had one flight of stairs to haul my suitcase. Check in and Check out were good, and they were good about keeping my luggage after checkout while I toured the city. Good value for the price, I suppose.

Very close to the cathedral and the superior room had a balcony and great view. Check in was very busy and the self check in didn’t work. Staff were helpful and quick. Pillows were quite uncomfortable but everything else was great. No room service. Key cards stopped working for late check out but this was sorted at reception.

Floors on lower floors on the street are loud and my room was cold. I mentioned this at reception and someone was contacted to check it out immediately but the room remained chilly throughout my stay. Good breakfast and the fellow cleaning rooms is great but his supervisor twice entered my room, without knocking. Good location for Philharmonie events.
