服務不錯, 門口就有聖誕市集, 很棒!

房間內的插座設備，本來就比別家酒店少，又壞了兩個。致使整個房間僅有三個可以使用的插座（其中，一個在書桌、一個在浴室，另一個在門邊靠近地上），真的不太方便。書桌的燈也壞了，只能靠床邊的燈照明。整體感覺，管理有待加強。

距離科隆大教堂非常近，飯店路口的街角就可以看到完整的大教堂。服務人員非常親切，房間乾淨舒適。有機會再次造訪科隆的話繪繼續選擇住在這裡！

5 stars hotel!! clean and comfortable room. easy to get to from the train station. good service, staffs are nice and helpful. Nice view, can see the cathedral from the window.

We love our stay here ! Helpful and friendly staffs are heartwarming,the room that we had was perfect in every aspect. 3 mins walk to station, 5 mins walk to supermarket, lots of restaurants around….location is amazing! 5 stars rating and definitely we will come back in the near future!

地點尚算方便，房內有雪櫃，但沒有熱水煲，連茶杯都沒有提供，有點奇怪！

convenient to the train station, river side, the Cologne church, etc. breakfast is good, however in the main entrance of the hotel, there are about 5 to 6 steps of stair case, imagine if we have heavy luggage, this would not be so good to accommodate in this hotel.

Overall my stay was nice. The location is excellent for Cologne Old Town and staff are very friendly and helpful. There were however a couple of disappointments. Firstly the breakfast feels a little thin on options, it's 7/10, so still pretty good but more cake/sweet options would be nice, like yogurt for example. On my 3 days there was the choice between one fresh cake option and croissants which is fine but just not enough varity for sweet items. In the room, the duvets seemed a little small, opened up at one end without cover being buttoned down so it gets a little lumpy from not being held properly together. It feels like it barely covers me. I did select option for double bed on Expedia but it had 2 singles and it felt a little compact and a very small duvet. Also the room appears to fill with pollen whenever I return to the room I had the craziest sneezing attacks. I think the pollen count was high and those trees overhanging close to the windows possibly let it pollen as I don't usually suffer at all from hay fever but if you had seen me in the room you would have thought I needed hospital treatment. I put the hanger on the door one morning to say 'please don't tidy room' and when I arrived back later it had been ignored and the bed was made and the windows opened again. So I had another crazy sneeze attack when I returned. And finally, I'm not sure where it comes from but the noisy loud voices from youngers on the street outside (mostly at night) is horrendous.

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena, la limpieza es correcta, el personal es amable, lo que es muy mejorable es la almohada (solo te dan 1) y la ropa de cama, no hay sabana y te dan 2 edredones individuales en una cama matrimonial.

This hotel feels like home, clean, comfortable and very safe. It is very close to the Cologne cathedral which is very convenient. The staff was VERY nice and helpful, we'll definetly stay here and/or recommend anyone to stay here.

Otelin konumu çok iyi heryere yürüme mesafesi çarşının pazarın tam ortası, çalışanlar çok iyi Türkçe bilenler de var ayrıca çok ilgililer sabah 9 gibi odayı verdik bavullarımızı akşam 8 gibi teslim aldık yardımcı oluyorlar . Memnun ayrıldık odalar sıcak temiz üşümedik

Somewhat small rooms but it works. Nice and clean. Looks updated. Good typical hotel breakfast. Very good fresh bread rolls. Helpfull staff. 7 minutes walk to local buss/tram, and 8 minutes to Central Train Station. Close Heimarkwt with all the small restaurants, bars etc. The only annoying thing is the 15 (?) minute timer for the light in the bathroom. Got pitch black in there several times. Very irritating when you are in the shover and have to go step out of it in order to turn the light on again. Despite of that, I may stay here again.
