I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the place. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very inviting. They were always just a message away and were more than happy to assist with any questions or requests. I was particularly grateful for their willingness to provide guidance on getting around the area, which made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. One thing that truly surprised me was the exceptional level of service when I found myself in need of laundry services. Not only did the hotel offer this amenity, but they actually went above and beyond by offering to wash my clothes for free. This act of kindness truly warmed my heart and exemplified the genuine care and hospitality that the owner and staff have for their guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong
We had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for two. The view is wonderful, even though we expected more.. but it was good enough. The room is clean, tidy. The bed was comfortable. And it's near to the north point station. Which is great. Oh and we asked the front desk to book a cab for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6 am. And they handled it. We just went out the following morning and found our cab was ready. Thank you for the service.
