The hotel itself is quite outdated, but it was clean, the location is perfect (walking distance to Avenue of the Stars), and one thing we were really glad we did was to take the paid room upgrade to a suite! The standard room is quite spacious, especially for Hong Kong already, so of course the suite would be really spacious. It was old fashioned but again, was clean. With the room upgrade, we got early check-in, access to the exclusive lounge (it was wonderful! Snacks, massage chair, alcohols!), late check-out, and airport transfer. It was for sure worth the upgrade! Dennis at the Front Office was really helpful and great. We had an amazing stay!

We had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious enough for two. The view is wonderful, even though we expected more.. but it was good enough. The room is clean, tidy. The bed was comfortable. And it's near to the north point station. Which is great. Oh and we asked the front desk to book a cab for us to go to the airport the next morning at 6 am. And they handled it. We just went out the following morning and found our cab was ready. Thank you for the service.

Stayed here multiple times and it only seems to get better and better. While the exterior and interior of the hotel seem like they are getting old fashioned, it's perfect for my taste, and being right down near the gateway to the main Hennessy Road, major shopping areas, foods, and closeness to the tram, MTR, and Victoria Park, the location is unbeatable. While the standard rooms are still fairly spacious, try to get the larger rooms with amazing views of the harbor and city. Service was impeccable and hope they keep up the standard for many more years to come!

Stayed 2 times in this hotel already. Everything you need is here in this hotel. Right beside Times Square mall and the MTR station. So many places to go to beside it, like the Lee Gardens. There is also a small street at the back which has places that close like 3 AM, so if you arrive really late you can grab some food and drinks there at the back.

MasyaAllah dan alhamdulillah kita dapat hotel yang lokasinya benar-benar perfect ke mana-mana dan dekat dengan train station, busway every second minute will passed in front of you, juga restoran di mana-mana. Perfect place to stay with your family and affordable price. All surrounding hotel convenient, 2 minutes walk to the I square, many supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The most important we found halal restaurant next door, level 1. I stay 7th days during Ragasa Typhoon and really safe hotel. Friendly staff too. Next time if we come back to Hongkong, we know where we have to go😇😘 Thanks for look after us.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, in front of the hotel there is a seven eleven for those who want to buy small snacks, there is also a smoking room floor. Shangrila is the best. Have a pleasant stay here. Huge room, spacious bathroom, complete amenities including welcome fresh fruit on arrival. Generous drinking water available in room. Great breakfast, plenty of food and choices. All staff super friendly and helpful. Special thanks for housekeeping team, we really appreciate the cleanliness. Location was very strategic, a step out from East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exit door. We will definitely come back to Shangrila whenever we visit Hongkong in the future. I strongly recommended this hotel for everyone!
