I chose this hotel because it is easy to go to Disneyland and easy to go to HK international airport. The price is affordable and the location is strategic, mall and supermarket downstairs, good food and restaurant around the hotel. Recommended!

Good and quick service on front desk. Spacious room with good view. (tower 2, 67th floor) Near to bus station (for transport to airport) and traditional market. 10 mins walk to MTR Tsuen Wan West. But not convenient to travel HK and Kowloon tourist spot, even by MTR.

One of the best experiences I had, when I came to the hotel for early check-in (as per my request) the room was ready without any story, very fast check-in and out process, very good and helpful staff. Will be my "forever" hotel whenever I'm visiting Hong Kong.

I thought it was gonna be outdated and old, but I was wrong. It was just amazing. The ambiance and the tone was on point. Lots of activities for kids, free ones, view was great to the pier or ocean. Skylight was nice. Hotel was spacious, comfy, and fun.

We had an awesome stay in our hotel. We booked night before our trip. Smooth transaction using the app. Not that far from mtr. There is a mini bus service going to the nearest mtr station which is Tsing Yi. Our room is nice and clean. And everyday they clean our room and changed towel provide toothbrush, tissue and slipper. And what I love in this place is it quite and peaceful unlike staying to other homestay in Hongkong.

Stayed 6 nights at Cityview. The room was clean and drinking water was always available from the dispenser. The hotel is close to the MTR, hospital, 24-hour shops, and food stalls. A few minutes walk away, you can find fast food and other eateries.
The staff was very friendly, even helping me provide first aid after I fell while walking on a rainy day.
Highly recommended, I will stay here again if I visit Hong Kong 👍

The hotel is well maintained, clean, and spacious. Not congested like in Kowloon or Mongkok. Budget friendly. We stayed here for 4 days at a very affordable price. They also provide a shuttle too, which is very convenient if you're going to use the MTR.

Our family had a great stay. The room is always cleaned and towels are replaced daily. Thanks to the free shuttle bus our travel experience is hassle free. There are many restaurants nearby. There is also a nearby supermarket where you can buy cheap chocolates. Highly recommended hotel. Check in and check out process is very easy.
