The staff service is friendly and fast, the location is close to the MTR and bus stops so it's very convenient to go anywhere, next to the hotel there is also a shop for snacks, in the hotel room it turns out there is a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and cooking and eating utensils. Recommended in my opinion, complete facilities and strategic location with affordable prices.

Near Mong Kok Station If you come from Tsim Sha Tsui, maybe a little bit. If you go to the MRT station Mong Mong is not difficult to find accommodation with equipment. There is a sitting area and a separate bedroom, a clean bathroom, a good restaurant near the price. Overall, it's worth it.

We got to spend our Hong Kong’s last night trip in the amazing W Hong Kong. We got upgraded to Cool Corner Room and offered with extra bed, big shout out to René! We were also given a welcome amenity given by the Welcome Experience Team - René, Pearl, Karis & Gordon, we are so touched by this.. Feels like home ^^ Also to mention Chelsea for the speedy check-in service and taking us to our room. And to Henry who ensured our check out process smoothly. Everyone was very welcoming, we would definitely come back again on our next Hong Kong Trip! Thank you W Hong Kong :)

Superb location, only a short walk from MTR. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious, hard to find such a room in HK. One of the famous cha chaan teng is only a few blocks away, and you will never get hungry with many foods nearby. Reasonable price. Absolutely will come back.

strategic location, only a few steps to HKU MTR station, cake shop in front of hotel, many restaurants and mini market around the hotel.. the service is great, stay here for a week and for sure will come back to stay here if we're going to HongKong again.

The hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. To the nearest MRT is around 500-600 m and to the bus terminal is around 100 m. Near Seven Eleven and McD. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I will stay here again when I come to HK.

The guest house is in a very good location, it is near everywhere, from dining, shopping and transportation.
The room was also clean. They change towels daily.
Mr. Yiu and the other helpers are very nice.
Will definitely book here again when we go back to HongKong!

We arrived early in Hong Kong and went straight to Caritas Bianci Lodge to have our luggage stored. At 12 AM, we returned to the Lodge because we were so tired, and the friendly front desk allowed us to check in early. The location is the best. Taking Cityflyer A21 from HKIA and getting off at Man Ming Lane Yau Ma Tei is only 120 m. We can go to Ladies Market, Arglye Center, and Temple Street by walk. Yau Ma Tei MTR Station is only 300 m, and Nathan Road is the best. We can feel the Hong Kong atmosphere just by strolling in Nathan Road. The lodge is clean, and you can find a water dispenser on each floor, as water is expensive in Hong Kong. When we come back to Hong Kong, we will stay at Caritas Bianci Lodge again.
