Because it was a pandemic, I took the room only one. Executive type. The room is spacious. Incidentally I got room 1102. Okay WiFi, complete kitchen equipment, there is a washing machine, iron. Overall we enjoyed staying here. And will consider staying back here.

We arrive at the hotel around 12.30pm and they let us check in early. The hotel is near the pakuwon mall. Easy for shopping. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot varieties. One thing that impressed me is that I left yogurt in the fridge after check out. And they send me a whatsapp inquiring about the yogurt. Other hotel would probably throw it away without asking.

Staying here is never boring. It's close to the mall, has complete facilities. I've stayed here three times. The staff are all friendly. It's perfect for a vacation with kids. The swimming pool is wow.

First of all the check in time is delayed until 6.30PM, and the reservation is giving a complimentary for 3 people Break fast for 3 days (until me and fam check out), when the second day coming 3 pax BF is good but at the 3rd day they say that the complimentary suddenly change to 1pax 1 day, and they said I already take the 3 days because yesterday we took bf 3pax, its very dissapointing, they don't keep their words about the complimentary, very not recommended!
