I had an absolutely wonderful stay at JW Marriott Surabaya! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with top-notch hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and immaculately clean. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and stunning city views. The hotel amenities were fantastic, especially the pool and fitness center, which I used daily. The dining experience was also excellent - the variety of food offered was impressive, and everything was delicious. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality of service and food left me thoroughly satisfied. I also appreciated the hotel's strategic location, making it easy to explore Surabaya's vibrant attractions. Overall, my experience was truly memorable, and I highly recommend JW Marriott Surabaya for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Definitely a 10/10!

The receptionist, Ami (Mrs. Sri), was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel grounds, including the rooms, elevators, garden and pool area, and lobby, were very clean and well-maintained.

The hotel’s location is very close to Mall Tunjungan Plaza, which is one of the iconic malls in Surabaya, central of Surabaya. Staffs are very friendly. The hotel is also clean, yet we can say the hotel is quite old. The interior is very classic, like a neo-classy concept.
