We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

This is my second stay here. It used to be called Horison, but the service remains the same, no different, still friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and still delicious. It turns out they only changed management, the staff remains the same. The room is spacious, fits 3 single beds, and the TV entertainment is also varied so it's not boring. They knew we were going to a concert at GBK area and told us the shortest way without us asking. Highlights: I asked for some additional water, and they came so fast. Price: worth your money. Location: right next to Plaza Senayan, walking distance to GBK area.

This was my first time staying in Jakarta, especially in the GBK area, which is right inside a mall. It was very impressive, as everything was easy to find, strategically located, and comfortable. Especially if you ask for a room with a city view, the view is truly breathtaking. I'm very satisfied with my stay here.
