When reserving a room before arrival, chat to the employee number who happened to be on holiday, then the other staff immediately chatted back quickly. The check-in process was very easy as well as check-out, all staff were friendly, the area was clean especially the room from the toilet, cupboard, table, mattress were all clean, water heater, flush toilet, shower worked very well, got a welcome drink in the room with taro flavor, tissue available, amanities, Breakfast was quite complete there was coffee & tea that was always hot, there was bread with chocolate jam, fried rice was simple but it tasted delicious, very worth it with the room rate, strategic location, at any time you can get Gr * b car easily, next to Cikupa stay here again, ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel staff is very friendly. Early check-in is possible, and I've stayed at Aston many times, and it never disappoints.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, very kid-friendly, and with a comprehensive breakfast. The price is very affordable considering the amenities provided. And most impressively, yesterday I got a room with a truly stunning view. At night, you can also see the city lights.

This was our first stay and everyone was impressed, from the lobby to the clean room. It was big enough for four people, and the incredible views made us feel right at home. Especially swimming in the super-long pool. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Luminor Hotel Padjadjaran Bogor by WH. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by the front desk, who assisted with a quick check-in process. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. All staff were very friendly and responsive in serving guests.

Our first staycation with the family: our children, grandchildren, and in-laws were all delighted. The grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool and spacious playground (kids-friendly). We loved the cozy restaurant, delicious and varied food, and friendly service. The strategic location is close to the shopping center. God willing, we'll come back with the family next time. ❤️

This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). Thank you very much from my heart to the Manager, staff and Security there for their service. For travelers, don't hesitate to bring your family to stay here. Once again, thank you ☺️

A very comfortable two-night staycation at this hotel. Friendly staff, neat and clean rooms, and a beautiful view of Mount Salak.
