My stay at the Horison Hotel was truly memorable. It's strategically located, very close to the training venue and offers easy access to the toll road. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, and the hotel's atmosphere is very family-friendly. Parking is also ample and easily accessible. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe room, which was very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The room, bathroom, and overall hotel area were all very clean. As for the food, the breakfast and restaurant menus were varied, delicious, and reasonably priced. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay at the Horison Hotel again in the future.

An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. This ensured maximum room cleanliness. Thank you to all the staff at Favehotel Cikarang. I will return and recommend it to friends and business associates.

Recommended: a hotel on the outskirts of an industrial area, but comfortable and quiet. Friendly service, clean, and all your needs are taken care of. The cool air conditioning makes for a good night's sleep.

The hotel staff are very helpful with quick treatment when complaints arise. The location is very strategic, 2 km from Bekasi Train Station, shopping mall nearby, and close to Becakayu Toll road for private vehicle users. The food was very pleasant during my stay. Recommended for business trip stay or even holiday stay.

From the front door, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly security staff, who were very helpful to my wheelchair-bound mother. Upon arrival in the lobby, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who handled the check-in process quickly, and I was allowed an early check-in because my room was ready. The room was neat and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, it was an exceptional hotel.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

Despite its location in the busy Cikarang area, the rooms are completely soundproof and completely free from outside noise. The mattresses are incredibly soft, making for a comfortable stay, the rooms are clean, and the interiors are modern and minimalist. Highly recommended for those seeking deep sleep or a peaceful respite in the midst of an industrial area. Definitely a place to come back!
