There was a serious water leak while turning on the AC, but it was quickly resolved and we were safe until check-out. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle-free. I even forgot my charger in the room, but I immediately contacted the staff via WhatsApp. I'll definitely be back because the rate is also affordable 👍

Hotel Prima Cirebon is an affordable option with good quality. Although the building is a bit dated, the hotel is clean and comfortable to stay in. It has ample parking, is conveniently located near the train station (just a short walk), and is in the city center. Breakfast is convenient, with mouth-watering Cirebon specialties. After breakfast, the kids enjoyed a swim in the sunny pool while we relaxed. Overall, the experience here was practical, warm, and makes me want to return.

Second time staying here, because of its strategic location, close to Grage Mall and many delicious culinary around (Nasi Jamblang, Bakso Malang, Lontong Sayur). I booked the Grand Deluxe, the room was very clean. Smells good... The bathroom is also clean. The staff is friendly, always smiles and greets every time we meet.
