My first experience staying at Novus Giri Puncak Hotel was truly satisfying. All the facilities were excellent, well maintained, and made my stay very comfortable. It was a really fun experience staying here.. the glamping was clean.. the staff were all friendly and very nice.. I got an a la cart breakfast package but the portion was very big and very filling which was delicious.. I want to come back because it's very kid friendly. Next time I go there, hopefully I can do Japanese glamping..

My first stay at Palace. I read the reviews first because I was bringing a baby, so I checked them out first. Many said they were good. I ended up staying for two nights. Very impressed. Friendly service, varied breakfast, and very fast check-in. I had an AC problem, it was fixed immediately. Very kid-friendly. I wanted more, but I've already started my activities again. I'll be back again. Thank you, Palace, for the excellent service.
