My first experience staying at Novus Giri Puncak Hotel was truly satisfying. All the facilities were excellent, well maintained, and made my stay very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff’s hospitality, they were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back again

A hidden gem of a resort. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly security guards, and I was convinced this was a resort with excellent service. And yes, the hospitality was evident; all the staff, even the cleaning staff, were friendly. The resort is beautiful, healing, calming, and peaceful. For those tired of the city noise and work, this resort is perfect. I want to come back again and again because it's truly comfortable.

The location is walking distance from the main road. Check-in and check-out is very simple and fast. The reception is on standby 24 hours. All staff, from reception, HK to front security, are friendly and warm greetings. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The corridors are fragrant, the outdoor facilities are clean, and the swimming pool is clean. For this price, this is extraordinary. Congratulations management! I didn't expect the hotel to be so old, but the room and surroundings were very clean and spacious. I booked a twin room, and thankfully, I was given a king. The view from the third floor was fantastic. The heated pool and indoor playground made the kids want to linger. I'll definitely be back next time, God willing.

As for the views, whether mountain or garden, they're all equally beautiful. The service is very friendly, from the receptionist to the person who escorted you to your room. Asking for hot water for tea was also very quick. Next time, I'll try one with a mountain view. For that price, it's really cheap, and using the app you can get breakfast too. Old hotel, but very clean, friendly staff, before the D-day, we were given information, starting from the location and road closures in the Puncak area, in the afternoon we were given pastel snacks and sweet tea, after checking out, the car had been washed, next time we will staycation here again, really cool cheap rates but luxurious service.
