The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. The staff and security were friendly.

Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya by Swiss-Belhotel International
All the hotel staff were very helpful and handy, even assisting with the 3 a.m. pre-dawn meal delivery to our room, complete with hot drinks and fruit. The amenities were complete: thick, clean towels, crisp linens, and four fluffy pillows. Had a wonderful time at Hotel Ciputra.
