Perfect. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly security guards, and helped with my luggage. Check-in was easy. I got a room on the second floor. The room was very clean, fragrant, with complete amenities, and 24/7 hot water. There's a cafe on the third floor with delicious food and affordable prices. My family and I had dinner there. The pool is clean and there's a shower area. I booked without breakfast, so I can't review the hotel's food. Check-out was also easy. It was a truly perfect vacation.

Busy weekend... booked a hotel on the spur of the moment and got it at Zam-zam hotel... the staff is very friendly... fast response... we got a room in the deluxe suite... the room is super spacious... plus there is a dining table, there is a big sofa, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.. the view can see the scenery and the hotel yard... cool... basically the room is the best...
