I stayed here on January 2022. Health protocols are carried out properly such as temperature checks and security checks before entering the lobby, hand sanitizers at several points, health kits, restrictions on swimming pool visitors with the advance reservation method. The hotel lobby looks luxurious and artistic. In the lobby there is also a bar (The Writer's Bar), a prayer room, toilets, and a reception desk. All hotel staff did good service and friendly. The check in and check out process is fast. Nice welcome drink. Spacious room, divided into 4 segments/sections: wardrobe, living room, bed, and bathroom. Large wardrobe plus mirror. Living room with a sofa, TV, work desk with complete plugs, the bed and living room are separated by a large sliding door. The bedroom has a large size bed, there is another TV here, with a beautiful city view. The bathroom is spacious, I like the bathtub design which has an artistic and warm impression. Amenities are very complete starting from bathfoam, bar soap, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, comb, sewing kit, hairdryer, and many more. The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror and double sink, Beautiful shower, and a state-of-the-art toilet. This bathroom also connected to the foyer and wardrobe. There are many other facilities at this hotel, ranging from a large swimming pool with a beautiful design, whirlpool, pool bar, jogging track and spacious garden, gym, spa, and others. I tried the Singapore Sling at Navina Bar, recommended for enjoying breezy poolside. Breakfast is at the Arts Cafe. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, various choice of food and drink. All the food and drinks here are delicious. If you eat here I recommend the beef soup, it tastes the best. The hotel also has direct access to Lotte Shopping Avenue. My suggestion for this hotel is maybe the room window shroud can be made automatically with a button, free pressing or laundry service for 1 or 2 pieces of clothes, free shuttle to the mall or tourist attractions. And in my opinion, when I first arrived, I was not greeted well by the front staff (the one with white suit), they not greet me, not help me to carry goods to security check, nor they offer a help to do so. Also security at xray check tended to be a bit indifferent. Maybe this is a simple thing but it would be even better if the service could be improved considering this is a high class hotel in Jakarta. But overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this hotel👍🏻

We booked a family suite room on the 5th floor. The place has amazing views and is very comfy. The capacity room is 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a toilet inside meanwhile the 2nd bedroom is not. The other benefit is the kitchen has complete equipment and if you plan to have small activity with your family to cook here. It is the best place for you to book this. The balcony has a good view with a city view at night and morning time. The door has a smart door system 🙌. I will definitely come again here with my family or friend for a short escape. This is literally a hidden gem. Thanks, Upscale Suites. Please keep maintaining the cleanliness 😚😚

Nice accommodation close to culinary state at setia budi, and business center at Sudirman, Kuningan also Rasuna. When you come to the city by the CGK airport, the airport train station is just a kilometer by foot. The service is the best, I miss my belonging after stay, and the staff keep it then give me more service by just a mineral water, it's great!!

It's great! The hotel lobby is very comfortable, so you can wait for check-in while relaxing. Access to public transportation is very easy, close to the KRL station, airport train, MRT, LRT, and Transjakarta. It's a complete package. There's also plenty of food and beverages nearby, and the hotel is strategically located. The TV is also a smart TV, so you can watch Netflix, Disney+, etc.

Really stratigic and centrally located scene, close to Malls (Setiabudi One) and to lots of Food areas. Treehouse Suites - are really well equipped with excellent services from reception to cleaning services. Room is really clean and wonderful equipped (from WiFi to towels) plus the staff are very conscience regarding requests and feedbacks. Overall - a well recommended place to stay - you need to be in time to book for the big Weekends (X-Mas, New Year) else out of stocks 😂.

Really nice place to stay. The location is great but the service and the kind people who work there is what makes it truly special. Was also pleasantly surprise to see the book collection provided at the lobby there. I was expecting standard-un interesting book in the lobby (as it usually is in most lobby-public places I've been at) but their collection here are really good, from the novel from murakami to girl on the train and some by george rr martin. Will definitely borrow some when I visit next time.
