Somerset grand citra will always be my choice if I want to have a staycation along with my lovely dog. This hotel is a true definition of pet-friendly hotel. I love how all staff (security, front office/receptionist) treat my dog. Special appreciation for the receptionist (i forgot to ask her name) in check in/out counter. She’s the most friendly, helpful staff among others. And the most thing I appreciate from her is, she’s even remember that me and my dog have ever stayed there previously. That’s a touching point in customer pov. I stayed in 1 bedroom executive, a newly renovated room type. Room is huge with complete facilities and amenities. The hospitality, comfortable and good experience I have during my stay, trigger me to extend the stay for another 1 night. Sure I will definitely recommend this hotel to all pet owners out there who wants to have a beautiful stay experience along with their pets. And somerset grand citra will always be in my first list of pet-friendly hotel in jakarta. Can’t wait to be back there!

We booked 2 deluxe rooms and got a 2+1 BR apartment, which is lovely. They even have room for house assistants (minus the bed). Their kitchen facilities include a microwave and refrigerator (we tried and they function well), also a stove and washing machine (we haven’t tried). Each bathroom has a bathtub. The room is clean despite old furniture; all function well. Breakfast starts from 7-10 AM, but by 9 AM, they already ran out of food. We could ask for early breakfast (6 AM) in our room, but the option was miserable. Since we don’t have a big appetite, we didn’t have an issue with that. We (2 adults, 2 kids) booked because we had an event near the hotel. It’s a 5-minute walk to One Satrio, which has many restaurants. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, and we will definitely book again.

I bought a premier city view room in traveloka application, but traveloka wrote premier street view. And yes, this 11 room is full noise of the street. We might leave the hotel sooner than we pay.
