The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very supporting and humble. I had a problem with my booking earlier on but with the help from Traveloka + the front officers, Mr. Aldo & Me. Gerry that problem is solved satisfactory. My 3 days stays at this place is really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Somerset grand citra will always be my choice if I want to have a staycation along with my lovely dog. This hotel is a true definition of pet-friendly hotel. I love how all staff (security, front office/receptionist) treat my dog. Special appreciation for the receptionist (i forgot to ask her name) in check in/out counter. She’s the most friendly, helpful staff among others. And the most thing I appreciate from her is, she’s even remember that me and my dog have ever stayed there previously. That’s a touching point in customer pov. I stayed in 1 bedroom executive, a newly renovated room type. Room is huge with complete facilities and amenities. The hospitality, comfortable and good experience I have during my stay, trigger me to extend the stay for another 1 night. Sure I will definitely recommend this hotel to all pet owners out there who wants to have a beautiful stay experience along with their pets. And somerset grand citra will always be in my first list of pet-friendly hotel in jakarta. Can’t wait to be back there!

Very Nice Hotel, Nice Location, Complete Facilities. Dapurnya lengkap banget … ada pisau, wajan, panci, microwave, toaster, piring mangkok dll. Parkirnya OK, cuma unitnya udah cukup tua ya untuk furniture nya. Katanya ada yg nodel premier, yg sudah direnew. Nah sayangnya pas dpt unit yg bathtub nya ga bs dipake, dari 2 kamar mandi, yg 1 bathtub nya kayak bocor gitu, diisi ga penuh2. Satu lagi ga ada tutupnya. Berhubung kita datangnya malam, jd malas untuk complain dll. Tapi oke banget sih buat stay yg deket kemana mana.

The soundproof of bedrooms were bad, constant car and motorcycles noise during night time. The overall furniture of the unit is old although there is some new furniture. We have found 3 cockroaches in the toilet, no pest control. Overall stay is unpleasant.

We stayed for 1 night only; The room is spacious worth the money especially for long stay. There is kitchen and washing machine. The decoration looks bit old but we don't mind. The only problem is aircon on the living room is not cold.

While I enjoyed my stay for the whole week, things need to be improved. I got bitten by bugs not sure from the bed or sofa or the carpets. The drain in the shower seems to be clogged. AC in the master bedroom is HOT. TV remote is dusty.

I booked 1 room for myself and 3 other rooms for my teammates. And FYI, I was the only Indonesian. 3 other rooms were upgraded, and mine didn't. What happened with Indonesian treating other Indonesian differently? You spoilt the foreigners while I, the Indonesian, who paid for their rooms. It ' s the end of the road for me and Somerset.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was big and the kids had a lot of space to play. The breakfast could be improved and there were not many choices too. However, the hotel is just beside the Lotte Shopping Mall and the mall has a lot of restaurants. The mall is kids friendly too. There were a few activities that they could do in there.
