We had a great time staying here. The staffs are friendly, nice, and the room is clean. Love the bedroom ambience and also the bathroom. It's clean.

Quick check in, room clean and comfy. Slight issue with the lighting but was promptly resolved by the staff. Breakfast was great. Definitely will stay again!

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

Even though the room was not ready when I arrived around 8pm, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Maggie from operator provided me with seamless check-in, accommodating special requests, and offering thoughtful recommendations, including a late check out. She really went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, but this team has mastered it. They are the heart of the hotel, and their efforts did not go unnoticed! I checked in with staff name Doharma, she was so fast in responding, so friendly and warmful. The explanation for the hotel facility was so accurate. Best smile staff. Free parking ticket. The room was cold, so best because Medan is so hot. The breakfast had so many varieties. I will come back and stay at this hotel again. Thank you.
