The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and dining options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel was excellent, neat, clean, and had a beautiful view with a Spanish vibe. The air-conditioning was already switched on when we entered the room, making it cool and comfortable for us. The room was also fragrant, and each room had a different theme. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Supriyandi, who offered to take us on a late-night tour around Singkawang late at night because we were not sure about the transportation there. He even recommended and bring us to great places to eat and visit. He was very patient and accommodating, ensuring we had an enjoyable and meaningful experience. He truly deserves a raise for his dedication. Overall, 5 stars for the hotel and its service.
