Ambiance/Facilities are complete and serve all the necessities. Food in the restaurant has plenty of choices for various taste buds. The staff are very friendly and announced my arrival as guest of the day with all the perks provided. The bed is comfortable for relaxing. Price is very reasonable and finally, the location is very convenient and close to all things being in the city center.

My first time checking in Astara for 2 nights. It was a great time we had drinking sessions at Blend Wine. Cool cafe with a variety of drinks at a reasonable price. Friendly staff Ibu Yulis and Grace. The rooms were so clean and the AC was so chilled. For food, it's surrounded by a food paradise. Had fun in Score Sports Lounge playing golf stimulation with Pak Herman, the Manager of Score Sports Lounge. The rate for golf stimulation is so cheap, Rp250,000 per hour. I really enjoyed it. Good service for the Astara Hotel concierge, especially Pak Adi and Aldi, who are willing to show you the nightlife spots in the BSB area. I really enjoyed my trip to Balikpapan and was very comfortable staying at the Astara Hotel Balikpapan. Again, good service. Finally, the hotel sent me to the Airport free of charge. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant, affordable price, strategic location in the middle of the city. I really like staying at Mirama hotel. For the future, I would like to give advice so that cleanliness is improved and the breakfast menu can be added to other variations. Hopefully the Mirama hotel will be more successful, thank you.
