Very friendly staff! They upgraded me to Governor Suite for free because the room was not yet ready at the time of check-in, so professional. The room is spacious, comfortable, nice, and clean, as expected. Plenty of parking space. Items inside the minibar are complimentary, including free capsules for the coffee maker.

I was very satisfied with the service at Citadines Antasari. All my requests for birthday decorations in my child's room were well-taken care of. Even though I'm not an ASR member, my request for a tent for my child was still provided. The room was clean and the facilities were very complete, so my child didn't get bored.

Living Room: Equipped with a comfortable sofa, a desk, and a TV. This area is perfect for relaxing after a long day without compromising the privacy of your bed. The lighting is also good and creates a warm atmosphere. Kitchenette: One of the main advantages is the private kitchen. It is quite well-equipped, with a refrigerator, stove, and standard cooking and dining utensils. Very practical for making snacks or warming up food. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean and quite modern. The best part is the bathtub, which is very comfortable for soaking and relaxing. The water heater works well and the water pressure is just right. 2.
