The room facilities are good, clean, everything is complete, the bathroom accessories are also complete, there is even a hair shower cup, wow, this is the first time I've found that. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent.
The staff and security were friendly.
Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Regarding the taste of the food, all of the things I tasted were delicious. Thank you for the service and comfort of Mercure Grand Mirama, and for choosing me as the Guest of the Day
