Everything was great, from the moment we entered the gate, we were greeted and assisted by security. Check-in was seamless, assisted by the prompt receptionist. The rooms were nice, neat, and clean. The HK team was awesome. The FB team was also amazing, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Excellent!

The service is super duper, making you feel at home. All the staff are helpful without being asked, even overly sensitive. The rooms are among the top three "comfortable" hotels in Bandung. Family-friendly, great facilities, kids-friendly, and no tantrums at all. Hopefully, I'll bring my family here again soon.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, including the bed and everything inside. The receptionist was super friendly, and having valet parking was a nice plus. The location is great—very close to lots of food spots and shopping areas in Bandung, so it was really convenient. Perfect for both a family trip or even if you’re staying solo. As always, Meize has remained our first choice for budget hotel business trips in my office. Strategic location for our driver to pick up and easy access to a mini-mart for any sudden daily necessity. Competitive budget price while still being decently comfortable and clean. My first time here, when I checked in and entered the lobby, wow!! The room was so spacious and luxurious! The breakfast was delicious, with so many variations, I was confused about what else to eat hahaha. The service was also good. For the price of around 500 rupiah, it was really worth it, with so many good facilities.

We've stayed at The Luxton Bandung for the second time. Our first time was in December 2024. The hotel's location is excellent, as it's located on Jalan Dago, one of Bandung's iconic landmarks. Yesterday, we stayed in the new building (East Wing, if I'm not mistaken), while the first time we stayed in the old building. The room was quite spacious, although the old building seemed to be larger. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work well during our stay. This second time, we didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we enjoyed finding Bandung-style breakfasts, which are plentiful throughout the city. Yesterday, we got a parking spot in the basement, whereas previously we had to park in the parking lot across from the hotel. Unfortunately, the basement parking lot is very small, making it difficult to get in and out of the car and had to stop without the handbrake, meaning the gear was in neutral. Overall, The Luxton often offers lower prices than other 4-star hotels in Dago, which is one of its attractions. This hotel is worth choosing again if we return to Bandung, our all-time favorite city.
