This was my first stay here. The hotel is comfortable for families, clean, with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The pool offers both hot and cold water options, and the prices are affordable.

I stayed for two nights on a weekday and the hotel was fully booked, but check-in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The location is convenient in the Braga area, just a short walk to cafes and aesthetic spots. The food is delicious, though not quite as varied as a 4-star hotel. The room was comfortable, and there were no shortcomings in terms of cleanliness, view, amenities, etc., everything was great. I would definitely return here if I ever visit Bandung.

This is a long-established hotel, but the service and amenities are excellent. The staff was very helpful during check-in. The rooms are spacious and airy. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes, suitable for both adults and children.

I got a spacious and luxurious King Deluxe, right at the end, so I had two windows with two views. It was awesome.

The homey and comfortable environment is very comfortable. It's also very close for Friday prayers (across the street). The rooms are very clean, and the carpets are fresh and don't smell musty. Awesome.

It was good to stay at this hotel. Near to the city center, clean room, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, free valet parking, free parking, good breakfast with a variety of tasty foods (Western, local, etc.). Very recommended!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, including the bed and everything inside. The receptionist was super friendly, and having valet parking was a nice plus. The location is great—very close to lots of food spots and shopping areas in Bandung, so it was really convenient. Perfect for both a family trip or even if you’re staying solo. I always like to stay at any Santika hotels whenever on personal or business trip. The price is reasonable with the varieties of food selections, especially Indonesian cuisines. Santika Bandung has its best and spacious rooms and its standard is well implemented.

It's close to tourist attractions and culinary delights, especially Braga and Asia Afrika. Furthermore, the staff is excellent, and the convenient luggage storage facility is available. The rooms are comfortable for resting, and there are water dispensers in each hallway leading to the rooms.

We've stayed at The Luxton Bandung for the second time. Our first time was in December 2024. The hotel's location is excellent, as it's located on Jalan Dago, one of Bandung's iconic landmarks. Yesterday, we stayed in the new building (East Wing, if I'm not mistaken), while the first time we stayed in the old building. The room was quite spacious, although the old building seemed to be larger. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work well during our stay. This second time, we didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we enjoyed finding Bandung-style breakfasts, which are plentiful throughout the city. Yesterday, we got a parking spot in the basement, whereas previously we had to park in the parking lot across from the hotel. Unfortunately, the basement parking lot is very small, making it difficult to get in and out of the car and had to stop without the handbrake, meaning the gear was in neutral. Overall, The Luxton often offers lower prices than other 4-star hotels in Dago, which is one of its attractions. This hotel is worth choosing again if we return to Bandung, our all-time favorite city.
