The location is great, just a 1-minute walk to the Grand Batam Mall. Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties and live stations for cooked rice and fried bananas. Will come back again on my next trip in Batam!

An affordable hotel with 3-star quality. The rooms are spacious and clean, measuring 28 square meters. The large bed can accommodate three people. It's strategically located near restaurants, laundry facilities, and everything else. The staff are kind and polite, and they can store your belongings if you need to go to another city and then return to Batam. Security is excellent.

The room, bed, and bed sheets are new and clean. Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water are good. It is close to Batam Center Harbour and city center. It is within walking distance, 10 min to Pasar Putih market. You can get cheap, good breakfast and lunch from morning to 2 PM. It is very near to an excellent seafood restaurant called I Love Seafood.

Comfortable hotel: spacious room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, strategic in the middle of the city. Around the hotel there are many places to eat and next to the hotel there is a cafe with delicious menus. Next trip to Batam will be back to Hans Inn Batam.
