Five-star service at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay. I was particularly impressed by the hospitality standards set by Tesa and Melantiya. They both demonstrated an 'all out' attitude, handling my requests with efficiency and a personal touch that is rare to find. They are a credit to the Swiss-Belhotel brand and made my stay seamless.

I stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were all friendly, and the food was delicious. Although the breakfast menu varied a few times, it was delicious. The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and it was very close to the harbor. It was truly convenient.

The location is great, just a 1-minute walk to the Grand Batam Mall. Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties and live stations for cooked rice and fried bananas. Will come back again on my next trip in Batam!

I had a pleasant stay at Alltrue Lite Nagoya Hill Batam. The room was comfortable, and the location is very convenient as it is near Nagoya Hill Mall. It was easy to find food, shop, and move around the area. Overall, I am happy with the stay and would recommend this hotel for a short trip to Batam.

It was a good stay. I booked 2 rooms for 4 of us. Friendly receptionists, availability of massage therapy (external vendor arranged by reception), and a free shuttle (10 am & 5 pm) between the hotel and Nagoya Hill/Grand Batam Mall/Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Will book again if I go to Batam.

The room was comfortable and pleasant, with a good variety of breakfast options as well. Iron can be borrowed from reception. Overall, the service was very satisfying and definitely worth the price. The hotel is also conveniently located just a short walk from Grand Batam Mall. Very good location.

The room, bed, and bed sheets are new and clean. Wi-Fi, AC, and hot water are good. It is close to Batam Center Harbour and city center. It is within walking distance, 10 min to Pasar Putih market. You can get cheap, good breakfast and lunch from morning to 2 PM. It is very near to an excellent seafood restaurant called I Love Seafood.
