It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. I was having breakfast with my husband and 8-month-old son. My husband was wandering around the food stalls. My son and I were at the dining table. Then a staff member approached me and asked, "Ma'am, is there anything I can help you with?" I was so touched, I've never been treated like this before in a 5-star hotel 😭. The staff really cared. Even though I wasn't in any distress at the dining table (like my son having a tantrum or something), the hotel staff were very attentive and kept an eye on the guests. Artotel's service is top-notch.

It’s super close to Senayan City Mall—you just need to walk across the road. There are heaps of popular food spots around the hotel in the Senayan area. The price is affordable, the room is comfy and just right. Staying here actually reminded me of living in a uni dorm—clean, cozy, and easygoing. Absolutely impressive.

Staying at Mulia Senayan Jakarta is excellent and worth it. Especially if you stay in the suites. The butlers are very expert and professional in handling the guests.
